Gooey, oozy cheesecake with a thin bottom crumble layer. Savory, tangy, and nutty from the mix of different cheeses. Paired with refreshing tangy raspberry sorbet (wished there was more of this for better balance to cut through the richness). Have seen many comparing this to Olivia’s cheesecake but Olivia’s rendition remains the reigning champion for me, inching out in terms of complexity and refinement.
Crispy edges with creamy and spicy chili crab filling. If nitpicking, would have appreciated more crab meat.
Savory and flavourful squid ink paella with strong umami notes. Texture of the rice was great with nice Socarrat from the edges. Also enjoyed the fresh and tender assortment of squid, clams, mussels, and fish. Would be keen to try their seafood paella next!
Raspberry sorbet was decent and went well w the mild but slightly savoury cheesecake. Despite the ooze the texture was in between a normal Basque cheesecake and a new York. Overall pretty decent
Not bad at all, the pineapple wasnt overly charred and it's still very juicy, the coconut gelato was of a high standard too with excellent texture, and portion was perfect
