Had the blueberry cheese pancake ($2.20) from munchi pancake. Not bad but I feel is very watery and not much cheese flavour. Prefer their classic

Had the carrot cake ($7) from Golden Shoe Hokkien Mee & Mix Organ Porridge ($7.50) from Feng Chang Bak Kut Teh. Really like it and good that it is at Lau Pa Sat for other foreigners to give it a try

Had it on 50% sugar and no ice, with an additional 50 cents for no ice. Total cost: $4.40. It's been a while since I last enjoyed Partea's milk tea, and it remains as refreshingly sweet and delightfully milky as I remember.

This porridge had a distinct wok hei, and offered a creamy and mushy texture that retains its flavour even as it gets watery over time. The generous portion of mixed pork meat and organs, including thoroughly cleaned intestines and liver that practically disintegrate in your mouth, adds a flavoursome dimension to the dish. The chewiness of the meat, combined with crispy pork lard on top, elevates the overall experience. Shallots, spring onions, and pepper are added for an extra burst of flavour.

Can understand it’s appeal, I’ve added otah and begidil and the meal came up to around $12 I think. The chilli with the fried chicken is tasty but overall it’s quite pricey.

After trying Sing HK during my internship time, decide to try it again for its delicious scramble egg. Ordered the pork belly noodle with scramble egg ($8.80). Really delicious and worth coming to try. Would not mind to try out other dishes in Lau Pa Sat
