French Toast

This thing needs the recogniztion their pancakes got. So buttery (+dem Maple butter as well), fluffy, moist 4.25/5

Lovely french toast, crispy in the right areas even though I personally prefer thicker ones. I'm not a fan of the jam though, but with the ice cream, it's heavenly!

Not quite a birthday cake but equally satisfying. 🎂

This is an example when brilliance happens but doesn't come with a hefty price tag. The cinnamon-swirled soft bread that's baked fresh daily on the premises, is already a winner. Slice it up, dip in egg batter, give it a good fry, and ... Ta-dah! An ultra-moist French Toast that is vividly sweet cinnamon. Slather on the pat of butter for a nice salty touch.

Sweet Morning [S$18] Twice cooked signature brioche French toast with grilled mango, vanilla bean mascarpone & hibiscus-berry compote. So delicious! Oh, and if you're thinking twice about coming here because of expensive parking, spend a min of S$30 to redeem 2 hours free parking at Mandarin Gallery! First come first served.

Price: S$24

Running at 24 bucks, I would maybe consider this reasonable if you share it. The serving is overkill for one person anyway (except if you're a dummy like me who saw this as a challenge of pride to finish the whole thing).

The Parisienne breakfast is made of thick french toast with ham and cheese in it. It's definitely one of the most satisfying french toasts I've had. I wish the 2 fried eggs would have runnier yolks, but they were still good. The best surprise of the dish was the rocket salad on the side. You can't see it in this picture but there is a heap of rockets in there with some dressing and I LOVED it. It was the best palette cleanser to balance out the hefty toast.

This dish was delicious beyond believe. Not too expensive and I will absolutely go back to have this again. Eggy, sweet and slightly tart. Delicious.

Comes with choice of drink, we fully recommend their HK Milk Tea.

It is light and fluffy, with a hidden peanut butter spread in between the bread. The syrup is not overly sweet plus the richness of the melting butter gave it the perfect Omphhh!!.

The main catch was the caramelized 🍌 - absolutely crunchy on the exterior and moist and soft on the inside. Coupled with a refreshing {Boston Ice Tea} to beat the heat. .

Their brioche was soaked all the way through and absolutely fluffeh – simply made to soak up all that delish maple syrup and hazelnut butter. Bacon and maple syrup? Another perfect match with a little bit of freshness from the braised apples. Gooooood morning indeed. 😜There's a reason why they're always on Burpple's Hot 💯!
