What a pleasant surprise! A flavour I would usually avoid as I don’t fancy yoghurt, LUNA Patisserie’s Honey Yoghurt Walnut ($9) really delivered. The intricate entremet was incredibly tangy and refreshing; serving as a great dessert option even after a rather heavy meal. Essentially a Pâte à Choux filled with bright lemon curd and crunchy roasted walnut bits enveloped in a light yoghurt mousse, pebble sprayed shell, and topped with a golden chocolate honeycomb piece.⁠ The zesty curd was nicely balanced with the floral-like sweetness of the honey which I believe was soaked in by the choux as well as the delicate sourish tang of the yoghurt layer. Hence, I think the best way to enjoy the combination of flavours is to get a bit of all the elements in every single forkful. Though my only qualm is how the layer of mousse encased on the outside was a tad stiff and would separate from the puff as you slice further into it.

Lychee Rose (back, $9) wowed visually and fortunately tasted as good as it looks. Those with a sweet tooth would surely love the generous lychee bits and lychee cremeus, completed by the rose ganache.

Citrus Earl Grey (front, $9) was both zesty and refreshing, and the tangy orange jelly complimented the earl grey infused creme unexpectedly well.

A simple yuzu dessert with reasonably yuzu-ish filling + yuzu cheese and meringue. I liked it, but it’s not one of their more exciting items.

Chocolate mousse was smooth and dark, the sponge was alright. The description mentions a crunchy core of crushed hazelnuts, salted caramel, hazelnut dacquoise but I don’t rmb it being very crunchy, maybe it’s bc I didn’t get to eat much of the crunchy part? I would prefer a crunchy base tho that’s more mainstream and not entremet-like. The feuilletine at the side was nice and crunchy. I do prefer other choc mousse cakes / entremets tho, maybe it’s also because their items are not served cold and I prefer chilled mousse-based desserts.

When I saw this extremely red item I thought I wouldn’t like it (the colouring 🥲) but I actually liked this a lot!! The caramelised apple peach tartin was sweet and juicy, rly liked this part. It came with a cream cheese mousse which was ok, and a v delicious sweet and salty biscuit base - the saltiness was apparent such that it made me take notice (even without reading the description of the components), but in a controlled and not too salty manner. Would definitely have this again!

I couldn’t really taste the raspberry, but the grape was prominent and I liked the actual sliced grapes in it. The mille feuille was super crisp and buttery! Not bad but it’s really hard to eat with a fork / to share.
