A well-balanced bowl packed with rich, slightly herbal broth that isnโt too heavy. The tender, juicy chicken slices soak up the flavours beautifully while the chicken balls added a nice bite for variety. The rice noodles had a perfect springy texture and soaked up all the flavourful broth beautifully. The addition of fresh kang kong gave a light crunch and an earthy freshness that helped balance out the richness. A sprinkle of chilli flakes gives it a nice little extra punch ใ$8.50
This was the first time I tried otah with egg. Otah taste was kinda overpowering but i could get a bit of the egg in the aftertaste, which was delightful. Bun didnโt seem very fluffy but edible. Kopi was good.
The chicken chop with dry meesiam is surprisingly good and value worthy. Chicken was especially tender. Hard to find food at the airport but this was good ($5.50)
