Not your ordinary prawn or seafood burger. Together with a prawn-squid patty are hard-boiled egg, fishcake, lettuce, shallot and prawn sauce. I wish the patty was more prominent, as it was drowned out by too many other ingredients.
Mos continues to raise its high bar. What kind of special is this haha. They decided to pair their seafood burger with a cup of prawn soup! It's as rich as it gets. Damn sinful to drink but so good.
I love that the patty is huge. It's also not common fish. The tomato rice, which is very Japanese, added another dimension.
($4.80) I felt that their yakitori plus rice burger was really that dry aftertaste tbh bc we probably removed mayo off from the burger itself and also the yakitori sauce they didn't give much.
This was so tempting. And I loved it. Beef, katsu, katsu sauce, shredded cabbage.
It's not clear why this is a Halloween item, but it's definitely more trick than treat. Mos burgers are rarely bad, but the failure of this was the lack of a truffle taste to justify the name. Kudos to the chicken thigh.
