The chunks are not only large, they're fatty and tender. Most indulgent satay I've encountered.
This was novel enough to lull me into ordering immediately. But probably negligible lah. They're just the fin/gill area. Although they're very fragrant, they have barely any meat.
With pulled pork and pineapple salsa. This was popular with my dining party.
The truffle came in the form of that sauce. Overall quite enjoyable. Decent fries and decent sauce.
I know a bit funny to order beef in this pork establishment, but this was competitive if not better. They're huge and super tender. It helps that short ribs are premium.
The Bali icon. This was undoubtedly good. Very tasty, quite tender, quite meaty and quite fatty. It's better than JB's. But underwhelmed a little. I say "quite" because some parts were dry and tough. It's unacceptable if you sell BBQ ribs for a living.

I ordered their spare ribs, tender and very tasty with char on the outside.
Add the spicy sauce that provided at table, super shiok.
For side dish, mash potatoes is the best compare all, buttery and quite smooth.

The origin of all Naughty Nuri is fm Bali itself. A very warmth and humid restaurant but the food was good.
I expected Bali's to be nicer because it originated from Bali and it brought crowds to Capitol Piazza when it opened there. I preferred Singapore's version though. The ribs in Singapore were more charred, better marinated and stickier. I felt that the meat was also more tender and fell off the bone more easily.
I could just pull the meat out from the bone. (Next time try eat without the knife and fork 😋😋😋). With a squeeze of lime, it balanced out the entire dish. .

The meat just falls off the bones and the marinate is just superb.
What everyone goes to Naughty Nuri's for: slabs of meaty bones first cooked through then coated with barbecue sauce and finished off on the grill. They're sweet and salty and moreish, and altogether pretty awesome, especially since they're only S$12 for a full rack. But best ribs ever? I don't think so.

Love their pork ribs, it's tender and yummy. My second time to Bali is to satisfied my craving of pork ribs. It's a large portion that can be shared for two. So you may order more dishes to try.
My favorite ribs steak :9 the steak is has an unique flavor, sweet + a bit barbecue-ish, it taste best with Nuri's super soft mashed potato! The steak is tender and easy to cut :9
