• tasted abit chao dar, but i think that’s supposed to be the way

• meat actually taste really nice, very soft & warm

• salmon was good but not a very filling brunch

i got their sous vide chicken breast ontop of mashed potatoes and grilled corn (17.9)! the chicken was very tender and lightly flavored, and their mash was smooth! i liked how there were bits of hazelnut which added an extra crunch, and their corn was well buttered and charred!

Really enjoyed this refreshing IPA from Archipelago Brewery, which was crisp with tropical hints (tip: you can get one pint for SGD10 with every order of a light bite)

The tender sous vide chicken breast was beautifully garnished with crunchy roasted hazelnuts and shio konbu. The accompanying grilled corn added a delightful smokiness while the mashed potato was ULTRA creamy 🤤 But the pièce de résistance was the hazelnut milk foam, which harmoniously tied all the flavors and textures together

Topped with sweet caramelized banana, a colorful array of assorted fruits and a scoop of vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream, the thin heart-shaped waffles were buttery with a crispy golden-brown exterior and drizzled with luscious caramel sauce, just PURE BLISS 👏🏻

Food was decent. Portion size is decent.
Chili crab pasta is ok, good for those who like tomato sauce based pasta. (6/10)
Chicken breast was cooked just right and the mash was quite good. (7/10)
Upgraded for the latte and it was ok. Would only go with the burpple deal.

Ambience of the place was quite nice and had a unique theme.

Generous portion of pasta topped up with soft shell crab. Pasta was al dente and not too soft. I prefer the miso pork belly rice to this.

Portion of chilli crab pasta was just nice, tasted good but nothing special. Chicken breast was on the smaller side. Staff were helpful and nice. Would return with Burpple discount, but otherwise may not be worth the trip. Loaded Nacho Fries (not part of Burpple deal) tasted very good though!

Decent sized portion (for most people). Biggest issue would be that the pork belly had no miso flavour whatsoever, tasted quite plain with a charred flavour primarily. There's no miso sauce or anything of the sort on the rice either, which makes for a little bit of a bland dish. Upside would be that the pork was fantastically tender, and the ice lemon tea that came as part of the set was pretty good. Overall, I reccomend ordering something else.

Unfortunately, this dish was a little lacking. Portion is small, with a overpowering furikake-esque taste. The only garnish is tiny shrimp and tobiko, so most of the dish is just pasta lol. Not reccomended for people who want big portions. Came with Ginger Lemonade, which had an overpowering ginger taste. Pasta was al dente which was good, a fantastic hardness to it.

Tried the chicken breast dish and the Chili crab dish thanks to Beyond! The chicken breast dish exceeded my expectations, the chicken breast texture was just nice, not too tough and juicy enough and the corn was cooked really well. The mash potato was nice too, not too dry, pretty tasty. Will definitely come back to try again if I have the chance to! It's expensive but worth it with beyond😘👌🏻 My friend ordered the chili crab pasta, I tried one mouth and I think its okay~ Comes with a cup of ice lemon tea and a cuo of water👍🏻
