Thai twist to the buffet. Good taste and quite a lot of ingredients.

I took ladyfinger, melon and cookie. Like many of their stations, things don't quite go together.

Pineapple with minced meat, shrimp tanghoon, Japanese tofu, bread stick, bandung pastry, soba. Thai twist to the buffet. The pastry was better than expected.

This made a mess of aglio olio's ingredients.

Clams, crawfish, pad Thai, steamed fish. Thai twist to the buffet. I spammed the fish because so rare could eat so much. Clams were okay but the noodles and crawfish were bad.

At the live cooking station for pasta, carbonara was probably the best. This chowder also passable.

miso pork belly rice bowl (⭐️⭐️⭐️/5)
• tasted abit chao dar, but i think that’s supposed to be the way
• soft meat, pretty nice

fish & chips (⭐️⭐️⭐️/5)
• looks underwhelming due to the small portion
• meat actually taste really nice, very soft & warm

smoked salmon toast (⭐️⭐️/5)
• tasted pretty typical
• salmon was good but not a very filling brunch

eggs benedict (⭐️⭐️/5)
• tasted pretty typical
• ham was so-so

mixed berry pancakes (⭐️⭐️/5)
• smells nice but a little moist
• looks good but taste abit underwhelming

truffle fries (⭐️⭐️⭐️/5)
• temperature was just right! warm enough to enjoy the crunchiness & truffleness
• would’ve been better if it was less salty

i got their sous vide chicken breast ontop of mashed potatoes and grilled corn (17.9)! the chicken was very tender and lightly flavored, and their mash was smooth! i liked how there were bits of hazelnut which added an extra crunch, and their corn was well buttered and charred!

Bursting with umami goodness, this light bite went super well with our 🍺 The crispy cauliflower florets were coated in a light beer-infused batter and topped with a generous sprinkle of furikake

Really enjoyed this refreshing IPA from Archipelago Brewery, which was crisp with tropical hints (tip: you can get one pint for SGD10 with every order of a light bite)

The tender sous vide chicken breast was beautifully garnished with crunchy roasted hazelnuts and shio konbu. The accompanying grilled corn added a delightful smokiness while the mashed potato was ULTRA creamy 🤤 But the pièce de résistance was the hazelnut milk foam, which harmoniously tied all the flavors and textures together

𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗚𝗗𝟭𝟴
Topped with sweet caramelized banana, a colorful array of assorted fruits and a scoop of vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream, the thin heart-shaped waffles were buttery with a crispy golden-brown exterior and drizzled with luscious caramel sauce, just PURE BLISS 👏🏻

Food was decent. Portion size is decent.
Chili crab pasta is ok, good for those who like tomato sauce based pasta. (6/10)
Chicken breast was cooked just right and the mash was quite good. (7/10)
Upgraded for the latte and it was ok. Would only go with the burpple deal.

Ambience of the place was quite nice and had a unique theme.

2. Sakura ebi pasta nice for me. But hubby say normal only.
