Really crispy skin and tasty meat. The roast meat such as suckling pig and roast duck in this restaurant is never disappointing.

Sweet duck meat and fresh yam slices. Good.

A very innovative way to eat dumpling. The chilli sauce is a good complement to the dumpling. There is also ginger and spring onion sauce. Yummy.

This fish is not easy to steam but once done well it's really nice to eat.

I'm a BKT lover and I love this too. The pork rib is simmered for 2 hours in a broth with over 10 spices & herbs. As you can also see, it's served with a bowl of BKT, up to you how you want to savour it! ⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎

1. Hainanese chicken rice dumpling
2. Singapore chili crab dumpling
3. Bak Kut Teh dumpling
4. Traditional HKG style dumpling
If you want something different from the traditional rice dumplings, do give them a try!😌 Available from now till 20th June! 😊 #parkpalace #parkhotelgroup

This is 1 of them, also my favourite [Hainanese Chicken Rice Dumpling S$8.80] - raw glutinous rice marinated with garlic, onions, ginger, pandan leaves and lemongrass before dry-frying. The rice was infused by all these ingredients perfectly, then moulded around tender chicken thigh meat, enveloped in bamboo leaves and boiled in chicken stock for 4 hours. Serve with chili, soya sauce & garlic. How many times do we eat rice dumplings with dips. 😍 ⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎⚎

It's almost that time of the year again on the Chinese culinary calendar where you can savour rice dumplings from plenty of restaurants during the Dragonboat Festival.

Starting from today 18 May till 20 June 2015, you can rediscover Singapore's best-loved flavours with Park Palace's new rice dumplings such as the Chilli Crab, Chicken Rice (my fave) and this local Bak Kut Teh dumpling featuring a whole pork rib in the glutinous rice and eaten with a bowl bak kut teh.

All dumplings ($8.80-$18.80) are available for dine-in, and takeaway. Full details can be found on the web http://www.alainlicious.com/2015/05/park-palace-grand-park-city-hall.html

Available only on Sundays this crispy on the outside and soft sweet char siew inside bun is a great way to end dim sum here.

We took the first dip into Park Palace's uniquely Singaporean dumplings featuring well-loved Singapore dishes like the Chicken Rice, Chilli Crab and Bak Kut Teh.

Featuring firstly, the favorite Hainanese Chicken Rice dumpling ($8.80) which gone through multiple R&Ds to perfect that heady fragrance of chicken rice and filled with tender steamed chicken thigh meat to be paired with Park Palace's house-made chili sauce and garlic with chives.

These innovative dumping creations will be available next week from 18 May to 20 June 2015 along with the traditional HK style Guo Zheng Zhong Dumpling for both dine-in and pre-order takeaways.

It's only here I've found a fav dish I had in HK. The dish is fried with garlic, dried chili and black beans. The prawns are truly crispy outside and sweet and tender inside. Crab is really sweet too. It's very different from Singapore version of fried crab which is wet. Taste it to know it.

Seasonal dish by this restaurant. Full of fresh ingredients in a big pumpkin. The pumpkin is very sweet. Good enough for five and more.

This is really a great starter as you can have it either with vinegar ginger or pepper sauce.

Very well fried and marinated pork belly. Great with beer or alcohol.

Peppery prawns and tang hoon makes this a very yummy dish.
