This is the only dish that seems like it's correctly spelled. Yes I'm salty because everything else is atas why can't you put in effort to get the spelling right.
Anyway this is at the Riverwalk, near jumbo basically. It's across the road from the circular road boat quay stretch, please don't make the same mistake as us and take a whole big round just cos we saw "circular road" lol
Anyway the gravy was pretty decent as well, a tinge of sour and sweetness that goes well with the generous number of tiger prawns(8pieces) strong cardamom
Service was proactive and asked us if we needed extra naan after we finished our basket and had half the curry left. My suggestion is always order just 1 for 2 for 2 pax first, keep adding as you're halfway through so that the naans come crispy instead of becoming soggy if you start with like 4 pcs or sth.
Anyway this garlic naan was quite mild but I liked it due to the herbs. Decent crisp too
Rant:
Honestly this might come across as racist but I feel that at any Indian place, while you can distinguish the difference when you first taste the curries, as you heap mouthful after mouthful of naan it really makes no difference because each bite is flavourful and they're all of around the same consistency. Point is that while each curry is unique they're also not really that unique so don't be too stressed about your choice. Also that's why it's important that a restaurant does everything adequately, or else one weak dish(curry) would be super obvious as you're alternating between them
This is a pretty atas restaurant. A lot of angmoh, the location is quite good, the vibes pretty solid as well. So why are there so many misspellings? 3 out of the 4 items we ordered were spelt wrongly. Come on this usually happens only to those Chinese restaurants that Google translates everything
Tender mutton, but otherwise quite mild. This dish really encapsulates this restaurant, very safe and Just satisfactory enough but not intense therefore not super shiok.
kadai or kadhai paneer is paneer cooked with capsicums basically. Capsicums are really special stuff lol, it can be so hated usually but can be so delicious when done well, giving rise to a lot of complexity when combined with curry. This was an enjoyable and competent version
Butter ckn. Ckn was tender but could do with a bit more char. The gravy was quite thick, think they added minced paneer? Sweet and creamy but very restaurant style(safe and rounded flavours)
Order butter chicken with 1 for 1 and separately order garlic and butter naan to dip! Both naan was great but love the garlic naan the most! I really enjoyed my time there, staff were super friendly to chat with as well!
This is essentially Butter Chicken. Iโm not making things up, I pointed to this in the menu and the staff just said โokay butter chicken!โ๐ but as described, I got what I expected. This made the perfect complementary dip for the naan. The curry was thick, creamy and was a wonderful blend of spices and flavours that included both butter and cream. A decent amount of tender chicken pieces as well. It was a really great experience and the staff were very lovely๐ foresee myself coming here for more authentic South Asian cuisine!

Hot & spicy tiger prawns in a thick gravy. I loved the flavour of this! The thing about South Asian cuisine is that I would never be able to adequately describe Nor express its flavours in words, simply because of how they cook it so meticulously with different spices. So here is an extremely simplified take on this dish. It was Sufficiently spicy, and it is not the kind of thick, cream-based textures other curries would offer. It came with 5 tiger prawns, and although I would love more, I felt that it was a pretty decent portion for the price paid and how well done the dish was.

Garlic naan that is recommended on the menu! This consists of 2 portions, each portion is $4 and is sliced into 2. Thus, pictured is 4 half-portions which are in itself extremely huge. Garlic flavour was great, it wasnโt too oily; I loved the aroma and the texture. Turns out they actually bake it in a tandoor - perhaps this method really elevates the taste, texture and overall deliciousness of this naan.

Ordered their murg makhani (butter chicken) & mutton tandoori using burpple 1f1 and both were yummy! Plus, you can stack the $15nett 1f1 Guinness draft pint promo on top of it too!
Established as one of the largest restaurant chains in Singapore serving authentic North Indian cuisine, this restaurant located at Upper Circular Road dishes out classics such as Jhingha Lasuni Kebab ($20), fragrant tiger prawns roasted in spices and yogurt, and Murg Mahkhni ($20), which sees tender pieces of tandoor chicken sauteed in butter and cream sauce. Share amongst friends the Malai Kofta ($14), which is vegetable dumplings cooked in a rich cream-based gravy.
Selection was not super extensive but everything tasted really flavourful. The naan was a little oily but it was the perfect vessel to scoop up all the sauces and dips.
Not the usual kind of dinner but it was good especially with good company. Kudos to the free flow service of naan.
A fancy Indian restaurant with an overall pleasant experience ~~
Murg Makhni (aka butter chicken) with Naan is a MUST-GET at any Indian place & it was truly the my favourite dish of the night!! Although the portion might look small, they are actually quite generous with the chicken chunks and the sauce itself was creamy and rich yet not too overly gelat or no trace of oiliness too :โ) we got the mixed naan set to share which cake with 6 HUGE pieces of naan (plain / butter / garlic / pudina / cheese / tandoori roti) honestly I couldnt tell the difference in each but I did enjoy the flavoured ones more than the plain naan :-)
Navratarn Korma (aka spiced vegetables) was ok, nothing spectacular. We got the Pani Puri too which was alright HAHAH the dough balls are pretty good but i canโt appreciate the chutney ๐
