This is the Sunshine bowl with banana, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, granola and coconut flakes. A great combination of ingredients in a smoothie bowl and not overly sweet. A bit pricey though!

Hearty bowl of salmon cubes, cucumber slices, pickled relishes and spiced dressing with a slight kick

Marinated salmon sashimi, cucumber, pickled radish & purple cabbage on top of a bed of Japanese rice, accompanied by sweet shoyu sauce. Refreshing! I love that the sauce comes separately too so I can put in as little/much as I want.

Fuel up with healthy grub at this tropical-themed cafe in Plaza Damas. Dive straight into the protein-heavy options like the five-spice Roast Chicken Leg (RM25) or the Spanish Omelette (RM18) made with three eggs. Burppler Sunita S favours the Poke Bowl's (RM24) simple flavous with fresh salmon sashimi and brown rice. Satiate your sweet tooth with one of their guilt-free desserts — Burppler Jesuis Enamourez recommends the Lemon Tart (RM13) which she declares to be the best in town!

Known for their poke and smoothie bowls, this airy, tropical-inspired cafe in Sri Hartamas serves healthy dishes that are simple and downright tasty. Look to the ever-changing whiteboard menu to see what’s new. The housemade and guilt-free desserts are not to be missed either – did someone say beetroot chocolate cake?

A light choux pastry with a vanilla filling. I wish it would’ve been more vanilla-y, as I found the flavour rather mild. The shortbread biscuit on the top was a nice addition, though it was kinda tough. For RM15, I’d expect more. Maybe it’s the gold dust that’s worth a lot?
