Overall this place is very expensive if you try to fill yourself up on the tapas. Better to bring ppl to share the tapas

She loves it but I found it average. It's really a matter of personal taste I guess, the cake is more chewy than anything, not soft like most lava cakes. The lava is pretty strong w caramel but very oily. And somehow the salted caramel ice cream has a bit of truffle taste, I don't think that's meant to be there at all.

Also the cornflake things don't stay crispy once the lava touches it which makes it pointless

Seafood were generally fresh, not much crust but I liked the faint tomato taste in the rice. Overall quite decent

Pork belly.

The texture is great, great bounce and tender with excellent bite too. However the marinate doesn't taste like anything, and if anything the sourness from the arugula dressing? I guess is the strongest flavour.

Quite oily though.

Quite well grilled, some parts have crunch and overall it's very meaty, not chewy. Some might prefer it more tender though but there's no issue with this texture. The paprika? And other seasoning were really perfect too, adding to the dish without taking away from the natural taste of the octopus.

Potato was nice too, with a bit of crisp.

However it seems that both get worse after a while. So hurry. Also it's pretty pricey for such a small piece. And it's not for everyone, it's basically octopus and potato there's no sauce to amp up flavour.

Make sure don't make a mistake because there's another octopus on the main menu, this is the josper grill one

The garlic sauce was there but not nearly shiok enough. Prawns' texture was basically perfect tho, it's snappy and bouncy yet meaty. That's mad skills

Order if you value texture more than flavour. The flavour isn't too bad anyway

Not cacophonous but the elements don't come tgt. Mushroom was still abit watery, garlic was ok and the white wine sauce? Was abit weird
