So Good Char Chan Tang (111 Somerset)

Bun was crunchy and airy but way too difficult to bite through.

Thin condensed milk layer was nice cos it's not too sweet

We ordered, went toilet, and by the time we are back it's a soggy mess. They said it's super crispy when it just comes out of the kitchen. Lol.

The eggy taste is on point, and their honey is very good, thick and tastes like caramel.

Though it might not be as wow as when I first had it, So Good Char Chan Tang still maintains their quality across the dishes like their thick and comforting congee, and the crispy bun with condensed milk. The steamed rich rolls were decent but the skin might be too thick at times with little fillings within it.

eggs were good, love the condensed milk bun. bacon abit on the fatty side but overall a decent meal

Blew my mind away. Tastes delicious, particularly with the honey that came along with it. A tad too much butter though.

3 pcs of char siew baos @ $4.50

One of the best char siew baos I've had. The buns are super soft so that even though the skin is a bit thick it still tastes very good. And the filling is super delicious but not overpowering. Perfect proportion of skin to filling, and really satisfying.

Will be back just for this!
