The soup taste abit creamy. Would be better if they can give more soup. The crab was put on a small plate and was very oily. The egg was abit bland. But for the price point, I would say it is a good bowl of ramen.
opted for the spicy version but the spice was alot milder than expected. the broth was rich and flavourful, v decent for the price!! the noodles also remained springy despite being soaked in the broth for some time ππ» ajitama was done well while the chashu was on the fattier side which wasnβt to my liking.
amazed by how good this was, especially for the price point!!! noodles were springy and held the savoury umami sauce really well. truffle flavour was also sufficiently distinct ππ» they didnβt skimp on the ingredients either. there was a good portion of tender pork belly cubes though i personally found them too fatty. the black fungus literally had no taste lol but i guess it helped cut through the rich savoury flavours. overall a really decent bowl of ramen that iβd defo be back for!!
Priced at SGD6.90++, this actually met my expectations. Although the truffle taste wasnβt that strong, I really like how every component came together nicely. Special mention goes out to their ramen noodle, which had a great springy texture.
Hereβs where I go for good and cheap ramen. Fantastic value and terrific quality, youβd be hard pressed to find a better ramen at this price point.
If you like tsukemen, try their Tonkotsu Gyokai Ramen ($8.90, pictured). That bonito + tonkotsu base will truly whet your appetite and leave you salivating π€€ the gyoza ($5) is not bad too! Skin is not too thick with a dipping sauce that is salty, vinegary and savoury. If you prefer a dry ramen, they do a pretty good rendition with their Dry Truffle Ramen ($6.90).
Overall, highly recommend this place, definitely my go-to for cheap ramen.

π¬ The broth was on the sweeter side with a rich but not overly strong tonkotsu flavour. I was surprised at how generous the chashu servings were; two long strips of pork belly that were basically touching both ends of the bowl! Although it wasn't the softest break-apart-upon-lifting chashu, but with so much meat on there I'm not complaining. The Hakata style noodles were thin and firm in texture (as it should be), and just the way I like it. Overall a good bowl of tonkotsu ramen at an insane bang for the buck. If this was in my neighbourhood, I would gladly eat it every week!
