Swee Choon Tim Sum Express 瑞春点心 (AMK Hub)

Super unique dim sum you can’t get anywhere else in sg! Looked and expected it to taste like carrot cake but silky smooth mee Sua really adds a different dimension texture wise internally. Externally it was super crispy but need to eat while it’s hot otherwise it gets hard.

Good selection even at express outlet

Swee Choon always attract long queue at their main outlet and glad to know they set up an express takeaway shop at AMK Hub.

I do remember I like their dim sum from their Jalan Besar main outlet, but felt disappointed with my dim sum from the express shop.

It felt like the items have been prepared for a long time, the taste wasn’t there for me. Probably I put too much expectation.

Anyway, this express shop do served most of the signature items on the menu and they also have 3 types of bento sets which easier to choose. The bento set comes with few signature items.

Stuffed with shrimp, chives and green chilli.
The spicy part is only certain part and it’s a killer.
