NGL the bun was pretty hard and dry - definitely wasn't to our liking. The pork was decent, but what you'd expect from braised meat and nothing amazing.

Pretty affordable food that's comforting and would suit having on a rainy day altho I wasn't particularly amazed by their food 🙈.

Was surprised that the broth was pretty light, and didn't have those strong gamey beef flavour unlike most beef noodles out there! For those who prefer a lighter broth in general would enjoy this. The star would be the noodles, which were QQ! We picked less spicy (小辣), but would prob recommend taking the spice level up one notch instead.

I was pretty intrigued that it wasn't just minced pork - which would be most usual Jajiangmian out there, because there were also small tofu cubes here, which added some texture to the entire dish!

🌟 Sze Chuan Pork Dumpling in Spicy Sauce ($6)
I quite liked these! They were really plump and flavourful, and generously filled with pork. Even better when paired with the extra chilli condiment that you can self-service at the counter!

The most valuable order. Not only it is cheap, it also consists of 8 big, fat and meaty piece of dumplings in oily, vinegary and spicy sauce. Shiok ah! The skin of each dumpling was smooth and the meat in it was marinated wonderfully. Must remember to get this ah.

Hands down one of the best la mian I had. Succulent sliced beef paired with chewy, slurpy, springy QQ noodles in a big bowl of clear awesome savoury soup. Garnished with loads of spring onion and I added a scoop of chilli flake oil to enhance even more. Each mouthful is so full of taste. Oh my gawd!!✨
