Will have a meal at this shop after my dental visit at Clark Quay Central or when I crave for something healthier! Ingredients are fresh and they even separate the fried stuff for you (upon request). Pocket friendly too!

They offer a wide selection of ingredients so don't get too greedy. I lost count on the number of items I picked. The pictured bowl costed me $6.80 with noodles. The staff was happy to help me fry the bitter ground that was originally not a fried item. The ingredients were really fresh and it gets pretty crowded from noon. P

Favourite lunch place for hot clean food. Usual is 6pc + kway teow soup. Their gravy (dry option) n laksa is good too

Crowds flock here for the tasty and relatively cheap yong tau foo at Boat Quay. With a large variety of ingredients, very fast service and air-conditioned seating upstairs, it’s no wonder the queue stretches outside the shop during lunchtime.

I picked stuffed eggplant and chilli, mushrooms, bak choy and two to three other items to go with my kway teow, and it only came up to less than $7. What’s unique about the dry version here is that it comes ladled over with a light gravy that adds extra savouriness to the bowl.

Back at 109 again! Got the dry kwayteow with:
- eggplant (my fav pick for this meal)
- stuffed taukee
- rolled taukee with some soft filling inside
- soft tofu (go for this instead of the stuffed taukwa, this is much better)
- 3 types of veg (spinach, xiaobaicai & some slimy veg which I did not like)

There wasn’t the kfc mash potato sauce taste this time, which is gr8!! My lunch bud let me try the zai er which was yums!! Will be back, I like it + it’s near the office :)

I had dry kwayteow! There was like a mild kfc mash potato sauce taste (and I don’t like the kfc sauce) but still enjoyed this meal. 6 pieces min, I chose spinach, some fried fishmeat ball(?), fried wanton, taukee, fishball & stuffed tofu. Liked my selections except for the tofu which was slightly sour. My last bite was the wanton :) -W
