Their coffee is from Tiong Hoe Specialty Coffee, and it's pretty milky!
Black sesame parfait, coconut caramel, mushroom crumble, mint. The caramel added some savoury contrast to the flavours, but the Black ssm was not really evident. Am not a big fan of mint so I actually picked out the mint leaves x).
Shallot oil gave it good flavour and sakura ebi was crunchy. Pretty strong "oriental" flavours here!
Always a fan of fried mantou, and theirs were pretty fragrant! The top layers were still crispy, although the parts soaked in the gravy weren't anymore. Pork was generally quite tender and their rojak flower & achar reminded of peanut satay & rojak, which was actually quite refreshing & interesting.
Generous amount of crab meat and their Sin Hong Loong bakery bread was buttered and toasted. Ikura kinda gave sushi vibes and was a pretty great pairing I enjoyed overall.
To sum it up, it's a zng-ed up Kaya toast! For those who love your toast crispy, this is prob the one for you! The Kaya was indeed fragrant, with a strong coconut milk flavour. Quite enjoyed this as a brunch item!
