The chicken is supremely tender-licious and their mashes potato gravy is really delicious 👍

Back to the usual hangout after a good run at the stadium. Ordered the Chargrilled Chicken with Cheesy Fries and coleslaw as sides; nothing more comforting than a slab of tenderly grilled chicken with its juices locked within the meat drenched in the savoury brown sauce. Fries were crisp, while it gets drizzled with a reasonable amount of cheese sauce and mayo — nothing too special but it's that sort of flavour that can never disappoint. My only wish for this was the coleslaw to have came colder, which would have made it perfect.

KEK’s Salted Egg Yolk Crab Spaghetti. The pasta are given a light toss and coated with grainy but not too cloying salted egg sauce, curry leaves and topped with salted egg soft shell crab.

Great to find this cafe at Jurong east. The food is good and big portion. Definitely worth the money with no gst and service charge.

I guess this started a wave of cuteness in Singapore over this chubby golden retriever which I always thought was called 布丁狗 (pudding dog) cause it really looks more like a pudding to me 🙊 More for its aesthetics than for its taste, please lower your expectation in the taste department.

Watermelon ice cream sago: watermelon is cut in bite-sized cubes. Place a bit of ice cream and a cube watermelon, some sago and nicely done. It just melts in ur mouth!
Durain sago: durian is rich and tasty! But do drink up, it is heaty!

I recommend both! 😂

On Mondays, take your children out for a late lunch or early dinner at this laidback cafe. Not only do kids eat for free with every main meal ordered, they can also play in the bouncy castle on the lawn (from 3pm) and get creative at the art and craft corner (5 to 8pm). Children under two can enjoy choices like Congee and Mini Blueberry Pancakes ($6 each), while those three and above can go for the set meal ($16), with main choices like chicken schnitzel and strawberry pancakes. Parents, take your pick from hearty dishes like Chicken Parmigiana ($22) and Trio of Pork Ragout Pasta ($25).
Avg price: $17 per person

Eggs Benedict ($16) and Brioche French Toast with caramelised bananas! This was absolutely amazing. The brioche on both the Eggs Ben and French toast were fluffy, warm and delicious!!! A 100/100. There was meringue sprinkled over the French toast, and the chantilly cream was perfectly light and milky - like how a good chantilly would taste. Would definitely go back x100 times.

march holidays are finally here, which means more cafe hopping!! i can't miss out on my morning dose of coffee, so i decided to get the Café Latte ($5.50). the cute presentation of this cuppa immediately made me smile! it was too cute i didn't even want to drink it 😍 looks aside, this latte wasn't acidic and had a creamy flavour to it. i prefer my coffee to be less acidic, so this cup satisfied me. both taste and presentation definitely made my morning a whole lot better 😌

The giant chicken cutlets (2!!!!) and and egg with a copious amount of curry and Japanese rice was served by a Japanese man himself, adding to the authenticity in the whole experience. It was a great bowl of satisfaction and I can't wait to return. Their curry was aromatic and their chicken cutlet was juicy. The pork cutlet left more to be desired but for the price of $12.80 I am definitely not complaining.
