TLDR: the more I had the ๐™‹๐™ช๐™ข๐™ฅ๐™ ๐™ž๐™ฃ ๐™๐™–๐™ง๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™š (~$16) the less I liked it. The Balsamic reduction, drizzled on one of the softest sourdough Iโ€™ve ever had, was brilliant. ๐Ÿคฉ

Now for the bad: with a lack of a meatier, saltier component, the mildy carby pumpkin on bread duo lacked any complexity. A blob of whipped goats ricotta didnโ€™t balance the dish at all, instead further accentuating its awkwardness. ๐Ÿž๐Ÿง€

๐™€๐™ญ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™๐™ง๐™ž๐™›๐™ก๐™š: Admittedly I chose this for the mad effects, but it wasnโ€™t just a superficial dessert! Sour mango pops cut through the thicker mango compote, with a touch of lime sorbet to sweeten it up. The compote got slightly heavy towards the end, though it was really addictive whilst the toppings lasted.

I usually avoid butter like the plague bc (donโ€™t waste my calories) but the mushroom flavour was rich and the butter wasnโ€™t too oily. Sourdough was fluffy, but the butter stole the show.

If youโ€™re seeking citrusy tangy feels, go for the ๐™”๐™ช๐™ฏ๐™ช ๐™ˆ๐™š๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ช๐™š (~$8). I looove sweet x sour mixes, though this was slightly skewed on the sour/sweet ratio, cutting back on the tangy Yuzu or adding on the torch meringue could just hit the SPOT. ๐Ÿง๐Ÿ‹

Didnโ€™t expect such a huge bowl when I first got the ๐˜พ๐™๐™ž๐™ง๐™–๐™จ๐™๐™ž ๐™†๐™–๐™ž๐™จ๐™š๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ค๐™ฃ (~$26.90). My stack of sashimi with squid, salmon,unagi , shrimp, abalone etc seemed never ending โ€” not like Iโ€™m complaining ๐Ÿคช For the price and the freshness, I really canโ€™t find a fault.
