Superheroes were all over this themed restaurant, but this wasn't one of them. Good place for groups and probably a buddies' hangout.
Totally lived up to its intriguing name with a distinctive smokiness. The cheesecake itself was already scrumptious in all the ways a good cheesecake should be, but the element of smoke gave it an edgy dimension.
The much-loved Aburi Salmon Maki from The Sushi Bar second outlet at (NAC) Takashimaya 5th level. The new dining concept space is much bigger and better, opens daily from 11:30am to 9pm. Currently in its soft opening period (no queues) and accepts cash terms only.

Not sure if the vanilla is merely a cream or ice cream but it tastes good with the oreo 'dirt'. Will be better if they replaced the fake flower

Joining the buzzy Jalan Bukit Ho Swee estate area is Dessert Project, an ice cream parlour offering bold and fresh ice cream flavours. While the usual classic flavours ($3.80 per scoop) like Mango, Coconut and Matcha are available, the premium flavours ($4.20 per scoop) which include Thai Earl Grey -- a daring combination of Thai Milk Tea and Earl Grey — and Melon & Parma Ham (!!) are certainly intriguing and worth a try. Definitely go for the wonderfully nostalgia-inducing White Rabbit Candy flavour ($3.80).
Hyde & Co launches a new brunch menu this month! A departure from their former British-inspired menu, you can now expect a range of brunch and dessert items. Go for the Speedy Gonzales ($14) — braised pulled pork with housemade BBQ sauce, scrambled eggs and guacamole on a tortilla. Alternatively, get The Big Ben — toasted muffins with sauteed mushrooms, poached eggs and roasted potatoes with your choice of either bacon ($17) or smoked salmon ($21). If you like waffles, Hyde & Co offers them in interesting flavours such as Butterscotch Popcorn ($14) and Affogato ($12).

Comprise of few layers. It might not be too sweet if you didnt eat the dark brown layer too much.
Both are superb but my friends and I agreed that hazelnut ice cream in lava cake is better than the vanilla in soufflé.

Gold rush waffles - waffles served with vanilla bean and chocolate ice cream, honeycomb and drizzled with salted egg york sauce. Waffles texture is not that crispy and the taste of the salted egg york suace is kinda overpowering.
