An intricate and pretty dacquoise of almonds and pistachio, followed by apple jam and diced apples with a tinge of Smirnoff apple vodka, layered on with a light apple and pistachio mousse before finally bookended by a couple of green chocolate edible boards, a lovely way to share with your loved ones this festive season.
