Taiwanese-style breakfast for the early birds. The quaint cafe offers the typical breakfast menu such as Toast, Egg Crepe Roll and Lu Rou Fan.

Luncheon Meat & Egg Toast ($5.40), luncheon meat and vegetables sandwiched by toasted white bread. Was slightly underwhelming, if only the luncheon meat slices were thicker.

Pork Floss Egg Crepe ($5.90) fairs better with the choice of changing to a whole-wheat crepe or scallion oil pancake.

My second visit proved that their food portion always smaller.

The same goes to this one, I could easily finish within few bites of the noodles. So I would recommend you to addon the grilled pork meat. The noodles comes with a slice of fried egg as well.

Average, was ok for fuss free lunch, but might not be super satisfying.

Would recommend the pork floss egg crepe tho! That was quite legit. Crispy and fluffy, and super flavourful too!

While they focus on serving the Taiwanese breakfast, they also have some staple meal like the noodle or rice after 10am. So you still can come for lunch here.

The large set gives generous amount of braised pork pieces with egg on the top, juicy and sweet. But I found the portion still consider small for me. So I would recommend to order some sides to go with as well.

There’s really lots of Taiwanese food places around Chinatown, and we have this new addition located close to Buddha Tooth Relic Temple.

Serving Taiwanese breakfast from 8:30am, so it definitely a good place to grab some decent meal here in the morning.

Beside the toast and thick slices, you also find this handmade egg crepe roll common in Taiwan as well.

You can choose from different fillings for the roll and I got the pork floss. The skill of the egg roll was fluffy and taste nice with the pork floss inside.

Breakfast Hola is one of the newer Taiwanese cuisine restaurant to have opened recently, and as the name suggests, they serve mainly familiar breakfast items like toast and snacks. We ordered a few items to try including the Authentic Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice ($6.80) which came with a fried egg and a scoop of that braised chopped pork belly over a mountain of rice. It was truly comforting the moment you take your first bite. Other items that we have tried include the Handmade Egg Crepe Roll ($4.50) and Ham & Pork Floss Club ($7.90) while washing it down with the Good Morning Milk Tea ($2.80).
