Really cute sushi, smaller than the size of your palm. Good and fresh ingredients used, some may change seasonally

Translating into "beauty", Chura Sushi Bar pays attention to both taste and visuals of their food.

The wagyu beef literally melted in our mouth. Took a bite of this and I was immediately impressed. The chef replaced uni with negitoro since it isn't uni season. Wished we could have had this with uni, but even the negitoro version won my heart. Also had my virgin taste of sea grapes 💓

The eagle eyes might have noticed that the 5-month old establishment takes the space of now defunct The Salted Plum at Suntec City. Sad to have witnessed the closure of the Taiwanese eatery but at least we can take comfort in the knowledge that we have a new sushi spot in town.

Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the exemplary service. Would revisit for the miyazaki wagyu sushi which is worth the occasional splurge 💸

This beautiful platter came with 6 kinds of sashimi (2pc each) and 10 sushi. For sashimi, we had medium-fatty blue fin tuna, marinated white tuna, red snapper, Japanese scallops, salmon and sweet shrimps. The sushi that we tried were fatty tuna, tuna, red snapper, Japanese scallop, salmon amberjack, spear squid, sea eel, salmon roe and tamago. Good for sharing! 🍣

Had this for 2 pax and was pretty full given the amount of rice. More pics of this platter on Instagram/Tiktok 📸

Drizzled with sweet-spicy sauce and nacho cheese, this volcano roll is definitely IG worthy! Coated and deep fried in tempura batter, the sushi roll came with breaded prawn and cucumber ingredients. A filling option, though the batter could have been more crispy (perhaps it turned soggy partly due to the dry ice display). Not something I'm convinced to reorder, but certainly a nice display.

Beautifully plated with pistachio, this is a dessert for the chocolate lovers! Decadent treat for sure. Would I be back for this decadent treat? Probably not, I'd rather save my stomach capacity for their sushi instead 🤭

Had to try this matcha mousse ($6.80) after hearing my friends rave about it from their previous visit. Starting from a layer of bitter matcha powder at the top, we dug deeper to find a cloud-like mascarpone mousse and finally azuki red bean layer at the bottom. One of the better matcha desserts in Singapore! 💚
