A very professional bowl of bcm. All the ingredients hit the mark, with the meatballs especially unique. For unknown reasons, mine had no sauce, but that unexpectedly paraded how well executed the noodles were, not clumping up. To its detriment, though, the bcm here doesn't really have soul.
Their fishball noodle was not something impressive, but definitely a place to go for supper. They do have an air-conditioned room for you to enjoy your food. Price start from $4.50.
Black coffee and tea.
Smooth and hot.
Typical cup from this place.
This is the classic fish ball noodles to get here. Taste as good as it looks.
Add-ons to the noodles. Both is warm when served. Bouncy and tasty.
Self select from the display, to be shared when having a group of lunch buddies. Pleasant addition to the fish ball noodles.
Boiled kang kong (water spinach), cuttlefish and taupok (fried beancurd).
Simple rojak (salad) drizzle with sweet and chilli sauce.
To be share, highly recommended!
5.50. Paid an extra dollar for 2 small prawns. Well it's decent but not really worth so much rave. The portion is also quite small...
Like a public pool crowded with families on a weekend, this $5.50 bowl of soup was swimming with plump and creamy Korean oysters (waaaaaaaaaay more than every similarly-priced "orh luak" I've eaten!). It also had bits of minced pork which gave it a lot of sweetness. Superb value indeed.

2 options for the noodles. Could be done with ketchup or black sauce. I prefer the one with ketchup. If you find that the taste is not to your liking, you can ask for more ketchup and they I'll give you in a mini bowl. $3.50 for the basic. Xoxo, wet tissue no have
[$7.40 with drink] The noodles were really springy and well cooked! The Chilli paste was also really unique, I got a good taste of it since I requested for more Chilli. It gets overwhelming after awhile though because of the burnt taste, perhaps that's what's unique about it? But it's not an order-another-bowl kind of dish for me. Had to also add a few spoonfuls of the black vinegar on my own to add that little bit of oomph. The accompanying 'Liao' were good! I didn't really like the soup though.. For $5.50, I would give it an overall 6.5/10. Personally wouldn't come back again.
My favorite spot for a Bak chor Mee supper. At $5 it comes with a relatively large portions with 2 meatballs, 2 shrimps, 2 fishballs, 2 dumplings, more than 4 slices of fishcakes and also some minced pork. It's stir fried dried chili is one of the main reasons I frequent this place! It's soup is pretty delicious but I suspect that it is through the use of MSG. Overall, this bowl of noodles made the long walks I always had to take, worth it.
They really came here to eat the noodle it is super good. Somemore it is recommended by my godfather @simplecabby. It has been long time since i come here. Well great thing that the noodle stall serve breakfast lunch dinner & supper. Address:216G Syed Alwi Road Singapore 207799 Operating Hours:24hours.
A hot hawker place in this neighborhood. Ingredients were very fresh compared to the general hawker standards. Prawns were bouncy and succulent!
Decent minced meat noodle, chilli was good, a little pricey at $4.
What the heck.. Let's just dive in boys
