Shaking your box to mix the ingredients and the sauce is such a cute element. A great option as a post workout meal, it was even yummier because of a $5 Shopback voucher. Added pumpkin because the minimum spend was $10 but it was still cheaper with an additional topping. All the carbs, proteins and veggies needed to fuel you for your day.
Dosirak is a healthy modern take on Korean Bibimbap. Each bowl is under 500 kcal! 😱
My order:
🔸 Main - Beef Bulgogi ($9.90)
🔸 5 Sides - Cabbage, Carrot, Corn, Pickled Cucumber, Kimchi
🔸 Base - Buckwheat Noodle (+ $1)
🔸 Sauce - Apple Cider Gochujang
Love that the options for sides all veggies which guarantees your order to be super healthy! I also like the Apple Cider Gochujang, it has a good balance of acidity and spice ☺️
They usually have promotions on apps like ShopBack and Fave - highly recommend to check those apps before ordering!
Pick a main, 5 sides, base, add-ons (optional) and sauce. Shake it up together with the sauces for maximum flavours and let’s bibim!
My order goes like this:
Main - Cured Salmon ($11.90)
Sides - Beansprouts, carrot, corn, pickled cucumber and kimchi
Base - White Rice
Sauce - Soy Garlic Jang
This bibimbap is pescatarian. They cured their salmon in-house using Korean sea salt to give a melty tender fish texture. A healthy (<500kcal) meal that’s perfect for dine-in/takeaway and have it on-the-go.
love this vegetarian friendly option!! they were super generous with the portion and the sauce really made everything taste so good 👍🏻 it was a healthy and yummy meal
Love the concept of customizing my bibimbap - tastes so great as well. Would recommend the soybean paste soup over the kimchi as the latter seems to be lacking in flavour (mainly tastes sour). Would say that it’s q healthy in general and includes options like brown rice!
⭐️ 4/5
Satisfying bowl. Citrus tuna and salmon were good and in satisfying portions. No ambiance. Good for a quick meal post workout or during lunch. Burpple 1 for 1 was great! $12.90 for 1 bowls.
Soy chicken with all the healthy toppings, add their signature sauce and then shake. The end result is a yummy bowl of chicken with veggie and rice. Healthy and tastes good!
Soy chicken $8.90 + avocado $3
Always a trusty rice bowl to fill your tummy 😋 you can choose 5 sides and I like the kimchi. It's tangy, sour and not spicy. You get to put as much (or little!) sauce as you like. Do shake it up before you dig in!!
Got the tofu and pumpkin bowl and added mushrooms $1 and multi grain rice $2. Add ons are charged full on top of the 1 for 1!
Very unique way of serving food in little ice cream tubs, where we can add our sauces and shake the tub to mix. Tried the cured salmon bibimbap, which tasted great paired with the soy garlic sauce. Serving size is decent, although I wouldn't complain if it came in a bigger portion.
Only drawback is the small space, might be a problem during the dinner crowd.
We had the seared tuna and salmon bowls and it was soooo good! The homemade kimchi, along with all the seasoned veggies made this Bibimbap a delight!
absolutely love everything from the salmon to the toppings (especially the kimchi, quite spicy but so good!!!!) the gochujang sauce is pretty good as well 😊
📍dosirak; singapore📍beef bulgogi & soy sauce chicken • food that’s fun to eat somehow always tastes better. really loved how we can shake it like the old style korean metal lunch boxes & getting to choose your own veggies makes it better since i only like all the crunchy veggies. the portion can be quite little at times with the amount of veggies given being quite inconsistent and the meat can be a tad over seasoned. but on the good days, where everything tastes good, it’s a lunch that i’ll come back to over and over again. tbh, even if it’s salty, we’re still in love with it 😍

Fantastic and novel korean style salad bowl - Had a choice of 5 side dishes - with choices like cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, kimchi, edamame, etc
Added a poached egg for $1 - absolutely loved it!
Wonderful combination of ingredients with generous portions as well. Kimchi tasted delicious too
Thought it was quite worth it for a CBD salad bowl, considering some prices can go up to over $10
Recommended for healthy lunches!
Had the soy citrus salmon and tuna, which both make an easily satisfying lunch at CBD. Portion wise is not very big,or maybe I was too hungry!
Generally do not have to wait long for seats despite the limited Seating as turnover is quite fast and ppl usually order takeaways.
Will still head back to try others!
Fresh and reasonably priced; with Entertainer or other 1-for-1 offer, it becomes extremely cheap. It’s open seating, a bit like being in a very clean food court with aircon.
Tender and juicy beef slices, garlic is alittle too strong for non spicy sauce which might not be ideal if they are targeting office lunch crowd.
This bowl was a total of $9.40 with 2 portions of chicken, and 5 different toppings!
I love that the food is healthy and you can have any variation you like on that day. I’ve tried the Bulgogi beef before which was super tender but did not taste anything like bulgogi to me, hence my choice for the Soy Chicken.
Amp it up even more with healthier options like Brown Rice and choose omega-3 rich meats like Salmon sashimi.
