Escape Restaurant (One Farrer Hotel)

It was more Ma than La and overall a good dish if u like something with a kick!

It was easy to reserve via Chope from Burpple app. Had to try this $32 burger and it was juicy & delicious! Loved the 3 onion rings stacked on the burger.

The briyani was a little dry and can be more flavourful. The tandoori was very tender, pairing well with the chutney, yogurt and lentils.

Very tender and flavourful lamb shank! Reminded me of Secret Recipe’s lamb shank too. Well done!

Pictured here is the Hangover Beef Burger at $32. The burger was huge and the patty was generously thick! It came with onion rings, truffle fries and salad. Definitely filling for 1 adult eater and possibly feed 2 small eaters. The restaurant feels like upscale casual that overlooks the hotel’s swimming pool but could engage more service staff as it was difficult to get their attention due to blind spot.

Recently they revamped their À La Carte Menu,helmed by Executive Chef Marcus Tan, tue revamped menu highlight creative fusion of hearty Western cuisine and local flavors
