my regular when i come here!! so good the pepper is shiok and the fried crispy onion bits + blue cheese sauce elevates this burger! the cheese sauce is not too pungent and everything went well tgt 😋 the portion is HUGE i always cant finish the fries 😅
Fatboy’s is my favourite burger place in Singapore. They do their beef patties medium well, but they are moist, dense and juicy. The buns were immensely soft to the bite. Sounds like a simple burger but so satisfying to eat.
The salted egg fries were heavenly. The fries were warm, thick and soft, sprinkled with savoury and sweet salted egg sauce. Delicious.
(The little salad at the side is just a feeble attempt to mitigate the sinfulness of this meal.)
Each plate comes with: classic cheeseburger, chicken burger, onion rings and sweet potato fries.
Highlight of this platter was the humongous onion rings. Super crunchy and airy! We all found the chicken burger to be a bit dry. Think they used chicken breast for the patty. Personally, I prefer chicken thigh for my fried meats.
Would get this again to share! Really humongous servings that are bang for your buck.
Home is where the heart is. If that statement were to be taken literally with a mild hint of a non-existent comedic rhetoric, I would be the proud owner of over a hundred different properties on the island. Over the course of four years, a list of prominence has been established in the Brobdingnagian brain of mine for the one place to be for any and all kinds of food. Ramen? Just head down to [redacted] for some soulful soups and noods. Craving dim sum? My incorporeal form recommends [redacted] for their hearty xiaolongbao spread. Hopefully, from the moment you laid eyes on the photograph heading this very long chunk of words that entail, you may intelligently assume that we’re going to be talking about the one place for burgers.

The place in mind is a home away from home, a dim and dusky retreat with an iconic no-bullshit attitude and boldness that is apparent in their burgers. With classic kickass burgers like The Yolo ($18.50++) which features gloriously greasy layers of Spam, fried egg, fried onion strings, fried mozzarella cheese sticks nestled between an innocent sesame seed bun, the Fat Boys legion does the basics well and they do it right. Straying from the norm is The Elvis ($11.50++), a burger that defies purity with its juicy bacon-stuffed pork patty topped with grilled bananas and slathered with peanut butter. Unorthodox, but with all things coming out of the kitchen under their roof, delicious.

My personal favourite throughout the years remains to be a staple of what I believe to be a burger of the utmost perfect proportions. Their Shroom Melt ($13.80++) features a thick and juicy beef chuck patty that is then topped with sautéed shiitake mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, and garlic aioli on a wine-hued chia seed wholemeal bun. In addition to the sheer melt-in-your-mouth goodness that the buttery bundle of joy exudes, a personal touch of truffle mayonnaise and beef chilli cheese fries make for a complete and perfect mid-week cheat meal. Great place for great food and a great life thereafter.
truly impossible — it was so good!!! couldn’t really distinguish between this and actual meat, and the bun was good (not too tough, but also did not crumble)
I was weird and i added sautéed onions (were sweet as heck, meh), peanut butter, avocado & lettuce ($1 for lettuce 😭). Everything was good until i took my first bite. The honey oat bun disintegrated immediately.... like everywhere broke. It’s probably cause it was left there for quite a while...
Taste was okay, patty was soft & melts together with my condiments really well but just the bun :(
$8 for the entire basket, couldn’t finish them and had to take away the leftovers 😅 less truffle powder than the one at PARK but given the quantity given it’s really quite a good deal already! Burger was $14, the buns were soft, patty was juicy.... Wasn’t a huge fan of the lemon lime bitter drink ($3.50) :/ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💰$29 (incl 10% & 7%) for this entire meal.... wow fat boys u never fail to impress!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌟4/5⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

First time at Fat Boys and I decided to go with the Wimpy (Beef) since I’m not very adventurous. It was DELICIOUS. The patty was juicy and I loved it with the bacon and cheese. The whole burger was really good, as were the fries.
I finished my burger and helped my sister finish hers.
fat boys is my ultimate guilty pleasure it’s honestly so sinfully satisfying!!! tried out the elvis today and it’s officially my fav burger here!! mushy and sweet grilled bananas atop a bacon stuffed pork patty w a generous dressing of creamy and savoury peanut butter, sandwiched between soft, fluffy lightly toasted honey oat buns!! while it sounds slightly odd, trust me i had my reservations as well, but trying it is the best decision ever :’) this innocuously looking burger, is made extraordinary w the sum of its ordinary ingredients. the umami flavour and varying textures rly outshine all other burgers out there 🤤🤤🤤 literally one of the best $11 spent, its so worth it!! and i always add on mozzarella cheese sticks as well, they always nail it w the crisp exterior and oozy interior that is cheese-pull instaworthy!!
JK had bikini bottom, which wasn’t the best tbh 😅 their beef chuck patty was amazing as always, but the fried soft shell crab was tiny and soggy (w a fishy aftertaste) + the salted egg yolk sauce tasted v watered down. STILL alright though, but they defo have btr burgers than this!
A worthy burger joint in Holland. Value for money and great taste. One of my favourites here is the one in the tagged pic, The Holy Caesar. It’s bundled with grilled seasoned chicken and chewy bacon 🥓 👌🏻. Moreover a great combo with the drinks flowing in .
First try at Fat Boys! I think its okay but not up to my expectations as what many had raved about. The bun is kinda dry n the beef patty is not vry juicy but the garlic aioli sauce complimented the burger vry well!
Tried the wimpy and the bush tucker on two separate occasions, in two different locations. Despite always hearing about the supposedly great burgers, they were to my dismay, just bland. Passable at best.
Patties were under seasoned, overcooked and the buns really just remind me of those you find at cheap hawker centre western stalls. Tried the beef chilli cheese fries too, and honestly it tasted like Indian masala gravy more than anything else really.
Not recommended at all.
My favourite burger here. The portion is just huge but me being able to eat a lot... Loves it! Always order with a side of chilli cheese fries so much yums. Down with a pint of hoegarden, life just is
Had 肥boy boy for the first time. Got The Elvis which tasted like dessert because banana and peanut butter and pork patty! Haha but not bad lor even tho I felt like eating laksa / company also not bad that's why hahahahah. My fave was the chocolate milkshake #priorities
Generally not a bad burger, but the mushrooms could be juicier. Would be better if it was a little more creamy.
Found it quite strange that the fries tasted different across the outlets I've tried. Pasir Panjang's had thick cut fries without much seasoning, Orchard's was thick cut too but tasted fine. Requested for thin fries here but we were told there was only one kind. As we expected thick cut fries ... viola! Thin fries that were seasoned well. Yum. Maybe it was a one off thing but I'll choose Holland V's over the other 2.
With Fat Boys offering a variety of burgers with beef, chicken, pork/bacon, lamb and even portobello patties to conquer meat (and mushroom) lovers' stomachs, it's no wonder they have a pretty solid following. I had the Jamaican Me Hungry burger with bacon stuffed pork patty - at this point, it should be 'nuff said. Haha. It also comes with MORE bacon, and topped with sundried tomatoes which at first was POWW SOUR but got more used to the taste after a few more bites - a unique and much stronger-tasting alternative to pickles I suppose. #Burpple
It is not bad but could use more fries xD i felt like i finished the sauce too fast #burpple #midendfastfood #burgers
This lunch meal alone would be quite sinful for me if i hadnt exercise in the morning. Waffles was a bit soft but the potato gravy made up for it. Super filling.
