๐Ÿ“Fu Lin Bar & Kitchen (Telok Ayer St)
- 6 pcs of Yong Tau Foo with Thick Beehoon๐Ÿœ

Now that they have soup option, I still go for their dry one, for their braised mushroom minced meat sauce~

Getting more and more expensive each time I come, now that itโ€™s $7.50, not complaining, the thick savoury mushroom minced meat sauce was still good, and their YTF too~

Note: Do come earlier to avoid the lunch crowd, the staff will help to look for seat too...

Damage: $7.50

Cooked in oil broth. If you dislike oiliness, this is not the best dish for you. Mala flavour is strong, not overly salty. Not the best dish in my opionion, it didnt blend the goodness of mala and ytf well!

Great seafood fried rice, although it is possible to get 'gelat', so having more people and sharing dishes is best. I found the prawns slightly salty. Staff there are incredibly energetic, just like the music!

Tastes like beef noodles! Very interesting as a noodle for yong tao fu.

Superb technique in cooking! Pork belly is extremely crispy but not oily at all. It was my favourite dish. Flavour of the meat has been slightly dulled though. But it pairs really well with the lemon and mustard. Interesting take on ็ƒง่‚‰.

$7.5 for 6pc dry + noodles. A bit expensive but this food was good and filling haha. They fry the fryable items. Long queue though must go early haha
