I was really skeptical about Truffle Ice Cream initially 🤔 but my worries were uncalled for - the combination worked well for me surprisingly! 👌🏻 An interesting creation & surprisingly good! 💕

Mascarpone ice cream with blueberries 🫐 was pretty light - almost like vanilla 🍦! Enjoyed the fruity tones, with sweetness mainly attributable to the blueberry-flavoured meringue. 🌟 Looks so classy!

Their chawanmushi is worthy of a mention 🤤 - super smooth & creamy with a strong truffle aroma which does not overpower the eggy fragrance. 🌟

Priced at $168++ for 2pax, the set includes appetizer/salad 🥗, Truffle Chawanmushi, 2 kinds of sashimi (we had the Medium Fatty Otoro & Baracuta), 5 kinds of sushi 🍣, roll, miso soup 🥣, dessert 🍦 & Uogashi green tea 🍵.

Especially enjoyed the Medium Fatty Otoro sashimi 🐟 , a really firm thick slice that melts in your mouth without much chewing! 😋
