KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar

Ate this before with a friend and this is my third time. Never fails to disappoint.
Love how the pork belly melts in your mouth, there is crunch from the Mamee noodle and the onsen egg gives its creaminess.

Portion size is a little small for $16 but burpple makes it worth!

Especially in the pretty Kara Cafe. Third time back here and it's one of my favourites.

Matcha crepe was just the right level of bittersweet, with consistent layers of creaminess. Feels light and hence not too sinful. Caved in completely to this dessert heaven

Went to this cafe about a week ago and ordered the charcoal sesame waffle😍 Added on one additional ice cream swirl even tho it already came with one (more icecream cuz why not🤪) Total was ~$15

I loved the waffle because its the legitimate definition of crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside!! Ice cream was cookie butter flavour so it was a winwin for me🤣 Ratings 8/10 and would definitely visit again!!💯

I totally recommend their Avocado Open Face Sandwich ($18.50). @karacafesg has really thought this through. The bottom is made up of grilled cheese toast topped mashed avocado with a nice crunch of corn and it is finished off with kale chips! The portion is big and I feel is good enough for 2 person to share!

Crispy tempura fish fillet on white rice, topped with crunchy cucumber cubes and avocado; then drizzled with delicious slightly sweet and spicy kimchi mayo and BBQ sauce. Quite a satisfying meal.

A perfect spot for early risers that are looking to fill their bellies, KARA Cafe’s new breakfast offerings are available every Friday to Monday from 8 am to 11.30 am! The exclusive menu serves up a small selection of breakfast staples with KARA Cafe’s very own spin.

Of course, if you love corn, their Big Brekkie Waffle Plate ($22) has bits of the sweet kernel and spring onions studded in the batter of the waffles as well. And it features all the must-haves on a quintessential breakfast platter - grilled sausage, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, roasted tomatoes, some greens, and scrambled eggs.
