Must have avocado when u come to alexandra village hawker centre.
Came on a Saturday, Mr avocado closed on Saturday. No scared. King avocado is opened.
No need to compare. Both also good. Both have gula melaka mixed into their avocado milk shake.
The avocado milkshake is thick and creamy in texture with a distinct taste of avocado. I felt the taste of Gula Melaka was a little strong though not too overpowering. I had mine without ice as I worry it would dilute while having my meals but Iโm surprised to receive a cup of avocado milk at room temperature, not cold/chilled and missing out on the shiokness especially in a hot and humid environment. Unless you intend to take home and chill it, otherwise it is better to add some ice in there ใ$6 / Medium (without ice)
Creamy avocado-ey goodness! Every sip of this was just heavenly (as you can tell, Iโm a big fan of avocados). My only complaint was that were was quite a lot of ice.. but thatโs my only complaint. My partner thought it was too sweet, but I actually enjoyed its smooth sweetness.
The drink comes in different sizes, S - $3.50, M - $4.50, L - $7. The large was very very large, hence the difference in price. I donโt think Iโve seen a plastic cup so big before.
We visited on a public holiday and there was quite a queue, I think because its competitor was closed. :P Serving was very fast, we waited for about 15 minutes till it was our turn in the queue but once we ordered, we got the drink almost immediately!
Would I get it again - yes if I happen to be here!
I've started to appreciate avocado drinks more and more. This giant cup is only $6 so why not?
Famous for their avocado drinks, there are multiple stalls within Alexandra Food Centre that specialises in these nutritient-packed beverages. We got the creamy avocado milkshake from King Avocado, which is a smoother and less sweet version (compared to Mr Avocado).

Like many of my food exploits during the successive dining bans, I snagged this without the usual long queue. It's nice but not to die for lah.
Iโve never left Alexandra food centre without getting an Avocado drink. There is King Avocado and Mr Avocado. I like both lel. The stall owners of both stalls also very nice.
Avocado juice ($4)
Avocado juice with gula melaka.. very creamy smooth and rich!! Definitely no syrup or water added to dilute it. Long queue but moves fast and always worth it for the quality.
King Avocado at Alexandra Village Food Centre is my favorite consisting of fresh avocado, fresh milk and a hint of gula melaka. Their avocado juice is very creamy and full of bold avocado taste with just a little sweetness.
A cup of gula melaka avocado ๐ฅ juice ๐ฅค (S$3) to cool ๐ down.
Too long didnโt come here. Forgotten that thereโs an avocado ๐ฅ juice ๐ฅค war here with so many stalls selling the same drink on same row. Difficult to decide on which stall.
