I've gone a long way with Grin Affair, with it starting off my cafehopping journeys, and the start of the dating days 😏. Even after a year or so, these jars still bring me so much excitement when I see them! ☺️

This is Mochi Donut BALLS! Glutinous rice is used in their mochi donut balls for its distinctive, soft chewy texture and are freshly prepared, which are fried and gorgeously puffed, spurting the oozing salted egg filling in your mouth! The contrast between the warm donut and cold soft serve is such a treat, topped with almond crunch and dehydrated raspberry that added a crunchy texture to it too. A great way to stay cool under this scorching hot weather!

Second time having a bingsu, and I decided this really isn't for me. It's so icy I can barely taste anything, and if imma just wait for it to soften and melt...then pay so much for "finely shaved ice" for what? Waited for this coffee-flavoured one to melt, and felt like I was paying triple the price to eat a frappe. And after 15 minutes the ice cream was still hard as ****. What sorcery is this?!

featured here is pure, one of their best sellers. rich, smooth and not too bitter for dark chocolate. slightly pricey, but i would probably come back to treat myself to other cakes once in a while. they serve up main courses too!
