Most of the stuff here are hand made which is becoming a rarity among ngoh hiang stalls in Singapore. So many calories in this dish but every item here is so good.

Set B @$4.30 Nice sides but the noodles not full enough for me.

Maxwell Hakka Handmake Yong Tau Foo (Stall 22)
Yong Tau Foo Soup (Sorry! Forgot how many items I got but it costs me $4.80)
- Fish paste and all their ingredients tasted really fresh without any 'fishy' smell
- Tried a variety of fried and boiled ingredients including their chili, brinjal, fried egg, fish cake and tofu
- Loved their soup as well which wasn't too saltish
Taste: 9/10

Healthy Bean (Stall 16)
Black Sesame Soya Bean ($1.50)
- Felt that the black sesame flavour was far too little though the flavour of the drink itself is quite unique
Overall: 6/10

Hot Traditional Beancurd ($1)
- Wasn't exactly hot nor warm, it just wasn't cold
- Beancurd was firm but could have been silkier
- Felt that there was far too much glucose syrup
Price: 8/10
Taste: 5/10
Overall: 6.5/10

Weng Pancake (Stall 26)
Peanut Min Jiang Kueh ($0.70)
- Pandan skin pancake with peanut sugar filling
- Soft & chewy pancake with crunchy and sweet pancake filling
- Ah Lock & Co's pancake skin is a lot more firm while its peanut filling was substantially thicker, giving it more flavour from the peanuts
- Overall, don't think I can compare the 2 due to their different price points but I would choose this over Ah Lock & Co as it is far cheaper
Price: 9/10
Taste: 8/10
Overall: 8.5/10

Okay, was walking around enjoying my day around Singapore and just thought that I would have an early dinner at one of the most famous hawker centres in Singapore. And so I decided to try their curry rice! :)
(At that time they ran out of the egg though)

Hainanese curry rice with cabbage + pork chop ($3)
- Pork chop crispy and sweet
- Curry not spicy at all but was really fragrant
- Though I'm one that usually prefers my food to be spicy, this stall's curry rice was surprisingly good. The curry sauce coated every grain of pearly white rice giving a lovely aroma with every bite while the sweetness from the pork chop helped to balance out the savoury curry
- Think a runny yolk would have enhanced the dish even more though!
Price: 9/10
Taste: 8/10
Overall: 8.5/10

Ah Tan Wings has come to CBD. I really like the pungently tasty har cheong gai (prawn paste chicken) cutlet and the tangy chilli sauce.
