Cold brew coffee & tea with osmanthus & peach fragrant; coffee taste very light with hint of peach fragrance from the foam; didnt really taste the osmanthus; akin to sparkling peach tea drink with coffee note..

Pasta is al-dente & tossed with chunks of firm crabmeat in arrabiata sauce; tomato base sauce with onions is sweet & sour with mild spicy kick; love that the sauce consistency is mild watery & not thick, addictive; topped with tobiko; simple yet well-executed dish worth a try..

Shokupan is slightly crispy outside & fluffy inside; prawn patty is thinly breaded, loaded with thick, juicy & crunchy prawn; topped with onion & ponzu mayo which has tinge of sourness; fries are crispy & lightly salted..

Rice is well-cooked; miso cod fish is thick & firm with tinge of miso taste; with sous vide egg, edamame, crunchy pickled radish & pickles; love how well the ingredients complement each other after giving a good toss..

First up was their Breakfast Sando ($19). Think big breakfast in a sandwich-smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, avo, cheddar cheese & chipotle mayo. The combination was simple but hit all the right notes. The creaminess from the eggs & avo paired with the saltiness of the bacon & cheddar was well-balanced with the chipotle cutting through it, making it easy to go in for the next time.

On the heavier side, we had the Truffle Mushroom Sando ($18). The basic brunch person in me wanted the truffle mushrooms with hash & that's what I got-hash browns, mushrooms, truffle aioli, Mozz & scrambled eggs. Instead of a full on truffle oil drizzle, the truffle aioli added a nice touch, making the sandwich light yet flavourful without the overpowering truffle smell or taste. Overall, it was a decent sandwich which hit all the right spots for me.
