($15.30) included salad + drink on weekdays lunch set. It's a been while never eat their pho. But I felt that their pho was quite smooth and chewy texture. So the soup broth still ok but v salty till the end of the meal. but i like their salad tbh very appetited.

($8.50) i finally tried funan's bahn mi after my friend asked me out for takeaway. I felt that the bread was quite crispy and crunchy texture. But its serving portion for bahn mi was quite average tbh.

Saw this small Vietnamese restaurant when I walking along CityLink to another place, so decided to drop by to grab my lunch.

It was full house when I came during early lunch time, but thankfully the wait wasn’t too long.

The bread was so crispy and genera fillings with the minced pork balls and vegetables.

truly affordable u can get stuff for ~$8 here for a nice filling portion :D that big pancake thing (banhxeo) w a lot of lemongrass chicken inside is $12.90 only and there’s no GST N SERVICE CHARGE

Hearty soup with herbal undertones paired beef slices and meaty ground beef balls

Says good for two, but a hungry one could easily devour this dish. Crispy egg(?) pancake filled with grilled pork and prawns with abundance of bean sprouts and spring onions. Good pairing with the vinegary dip on the side.

Rice noodles served with pork slices, innards, prawns, an egg and a dash of greens in a hearty meat soup. The ingredients tasted quite plain on its own - gotta dip them in one of the many sauces provided on each dining table.

protip: namnam has student meals but the tiny sign is practically hidden lol its $7.90 for a regular bowl + a drink (coke fanta sprite green tea)

the vegan pho is the best idk how to describe it... its so warm and the soup is so fulfilling like its the kinda soup u eat when ure sick in bed n then aft u eat it ure like miraculously cured. its the kinda soup that will heal u when ure heartbroken, pmsing or when u caught the flu frm ur kiasu classmates who refuse to stay home n cough all over ur FACE. idk what the items in the soup are but everything IS AMAZING u wont miss meat, i promise.

I opted for Rice Vermicelli with Beef and totally enjoyed the refreshing taste of the ‘wanton Mee’ look alike & the stir-fried tender beef slices with curry powder 😋
