Established since July 2015, this stall curiously draws long queues during meal times, despite their higher-than-usual premium pricing. This is partly due to their consistent high quality of execution, and large generous portions. They feature about 30 dishes or so on rotation, but don't expect any cheap cuts of meat here; it's usually all large gourmet cuts.
.
Their Steamed White Rice tends more towards moist and sticky, with grainy sweet flavour. The Stir-Fried Eggs With Tomato carry vegetal eggy sweet sour savoury flavour, and have a wispy soft juicy chew to texture. The Stir-Fried Spinach With Trio Eggs have a gentle soft crunch with vegetal salty sweet earthy herbal flavour. The King Pork Ribs are boneless and tender chewy, with robust meaty savoury sour sweet flavour.
.
The soft tender Stir-Fried Soy Eggplant has a vegetal earthy salty savoury sweet flavour. The crisp crunchy Stir-Fried Bean Sprouts And Carrots have a vegetal sweet earthy spice flavour. The tender wobbly soft Soy Braised Tofu With Minced Pork carries meaty grainy savoury salty sweet earthy flavour. The crunchy flaky Deep-Fried Turmeric Silver Whiting Fish has lovely fishy sweet savoury salty spice flavour, so yummy.

Diligently serving delicious plates 24 hours a day since the 1980s, their rendition is beloved for the springy al-dente rice vermicelli noodles with grainy sweet flavour, and the thin yet enticing gravy with sour zesty tangy sweet spice flavour.
.
The crisp garlic chives, spongy tofu puffs, crisp bean sprouts, and bouncy hard boiled chicken egg, lend vegetal herbal sweet grainy savoury eggy flavour.
.
Fresh lime is squeezed over for added kick, while crushed peanuts lend a firm crunch and nutty flavour.

Surprised to find this on the menu. They're quite proud of their Hong Kong heritage so the food's slightly different. Unfortunately it's one of the worst ee fu I've eaten, especially the mouthfeel.
Back again for the curry fish head! Never get tired of it, and also to try other dishes. Got the salted egg pork ribs and a different veggie dish this time, $60 altogether for 5pax! So glad the pricing has remained somewhat consistent over the past two years ๐ฅน
A rare zichar stall that sells both types of Hokkien mee. Also two types of chilli lol. As you can tell from the wetness it's typical of zichar dishes. So-so lor.
Finally the clean-tasting ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐ฝ was revitalising.
The ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ and ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ด๐ด were solid additions to the meal.
Those who prefer rice can opt for the The glorious golden gravy enhanced the flavours of the tender chicken.
Equally sublime was the ๐๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ป ๅนฒๆฒณ, which packed a stronger smokey aroma that was seductively scrumptious.
The ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ป ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ ๆป่ๆฒณ is a must order. The wok hei-infused flat rice noodles swimming in a viscous, eggy gravy were exceptional.
Nestled in an unassuming coffee shop in the heartlands, Hong Li Fried King whips up homely zi char dishes that are hearty and comforting.
[INVITED TASTING] Tried quite a few dishes from this zi char stall located in a humble neighbourhood and both of their versions of hor fun are dishes to look out for!
The Seafood Hor fun ($5) had silky smooth kway teow noodles that had some wok hei flavours infused in them and the noodles were all generously drenched in a thick flavourful garlicky sauce. This is one dish that got me slurping!
Their Dry Fried Hor Fun ($5) is a dish to consider as well, with the savoury flavours being much stronger. You get the same wok hei flavour as well, and we loved how the splash of lime juice cuts the greasiness of the dish and we cleared it within minutes!
If you prefer rice, their Salted Egg Chicken Rice ($8) is not bad as well. With each piece of fried chicken pieces generously coated with their thick flavourful salted egg yolk sauce, I found myself going for more.
An option to consider when you're around the area! Thank you @laoniangagency @amazingkway @eatwithkeat for inviting and thank you @honglicatering for hosting!
