Zuya is one of the few vegetarian restaurants you can find in this area, serving affordable meatless dishes that focused on local cuisine.

Their valuable set comes with a bowl of soup for the day, which I got the red bean soup.

The black pepper mutton was disappointed as I thought it would be spicy, but it was too mild for me.

I’m actually surprised to find this vegetarian restaurant in Marina Square, as I was searching for a place to eat in this mall.

They have lots of table available, serving nyonya style of vegetarian foods here.

For individuals, they do have some set meals that worth getting. Especially for those who crave for some assam curry, do get their assam fish.

The curry was very lemak and strong assam taste. Although the portion was seems pretty small for me, with just 3 pieces of mock fish and some other ingredients like tomato and okra. But the curry definitely worth it as I almost finish the whole bowl.

Note this spot in Marina Square for a meat-free meal with the colleagues. Have their Blue Pea Nasi Lemak ($14.90) with spicy and delicious sambal for a foolproof lunch. The table could also share the thin and crispy Pesto Mushroom Pizza ($18.90) and the Vegetarian Satay ($10.90).

I highly recommend this Blue Pea Nasi Lemak because the side toppings are all delicious, plus the sambal is shiok πŸ‘πŸ»

They would have tasted perfect if the marinate wasn’t too sweet. The peanut sauce itself was already sweet, so it would have been a good compliment if the satay was more savoury πŸ˜€

You can get this delish thin crust pizza at just $18.90

First time trying and I'd say its honestly very tasty! The cheese.. pesto... mushroom.. wow.

Its best to share the portion :)

The pizza has strong rendang flavor with mock meat. However, the crust isn’t very crispy. Not my favorite but can give it a try!
