The stuffed chicken wings from @joeskitchen.sg is my must-order dish whenever we ate there. It is amazing how much minced pork, chestnut bits and corn is stuffed into each chicken wing and fried to golden brown perfection.
We are not big fans of pad thai which is rather lackluster and their green curry chicken can be rather hit and miss. However, their deep fried garlic pork was simply superb though. Each piece of pork was crispy and juicy and you can't go wrong with fried garlic bits.
The prices are on the steep side for a neighborhood eatery so try exercising self-control and don't overorder k!
You can always count on this stall in Mei Ling for a good meal! Scored a whole fish, 1 meat, 2 vegetables and 1 tofu for $50. Loved the spicy zest of the fish, and the crunchy garlic in the pork.
Run by a Thai couple, this is a popular stall at Mei Ling hawker centre. We were adventurous and tried the deep fried fish with mango sauce ($21)! Was half afraid that it might end up sweet but was pleasantly surprised with the zesty raw mango and use of chilli seeds & garlic. Also ordered the cashew chicken ($8), kai lan ($5) and Thai fishcake ($5). In particular, the service is impeccable - the lady boss remembered that one of us had a prawn allergy, and came to our table to inform us that the fish dish had some hei bi in it. She later kindly separated the sauce from the fish! Kudos to them :-)

But I will avoid this the next time.
They have other wonderful dishes.
Felt that it was a little too dry and there seems to be something missing to other phad thai I have tried elsewhere

Authentic thai cuisine at joe's kitchen. The restaurant serves really quality thai food! Its not too expensive too.. highly recommended.
We had several dishes (not all of them are shown in the picture) from which I really liked the honey chicken, basil minced chicken and the stuffed wings.
Other than that, the rest of dishes were just average and over priced. Small dishes all all priced at $11+ and $12+.
The service was good though, but for this price, there are much better places to have Thai food.

Is this how Pineapple rice should look like? The other day was Phad Thai noodle which was horrible. Very disappointed with Joe's Kitchen.
