Haven’t really been back to Olivia & Co at Suntec City for a very long while — whilst we did recall being pretty much liking what they have had to offer in the past, it does seem that Olivia & Co in this day and age has pretty much lost the flair that it had much in the days during their initial opening. That being said, a chance discovery of a limited time-only special at Olivia & Co had brought us back here — it seems that the folks at Olivia & Co had recently collaborate with MTBL Global; a company that is the sole distributor and marketer of Moutai Bulao Baijiu globally (excluding mainland China) to offer the Moutai Latte that is available from 23 October 2023 to 23 November 2023. Olivia & Co’s marketing collaterals on social media mentions that this is Singapore’s first Moutai Latte, though it is worth noting that another establishment named Swan Social located at Trengganu Street in Chinatown had launched their Cang Maotai Latte earlier in the month.
The Moutai Latte at Olivia & Co is offered in both hot and cold variants — we asked for a recommendation by the staff on which one of the two would work better, and we were suggested to go for the Hot variant instead. Olivia & Co brews their coffee using beans roasted by Allpress Espresso; we found that the Moutai Latte does come in a slightly larger cup than their usual coffee offerings. When it comes to the coffee itself, the Moutai Latte was nothing much to shout about — the cuppa carried an earthy and nutty flavour profile with a light body; one which also felt a little heavy on milk and a little flat in general. That being said, it does seem to have been done on purpose, especially considering how the marketing collaterals describe the Moutai Latte to be “aromatic, velvety and smooth”; all that so as to ensure that the light, alcoholic finish from the Moutai Bulao Chinese Baijiu could pull off as well. Personally, we didn’t find the Moutai Latte particularly game-changing, though it is interesting to see something similar to the Irish Coffee / Bailey’s Latte being offered with a Chinese variation of alcohol — at $15.80++, probably an item that is worth trying just for curiosity, though we are likely to stick to just having an Irish Coffee / Bailey’s Latte that comes with a dash of sweetness which works better for us.
Not available on the menu, but you can find all the available cakes at the display shelf for the day.
If you looking for something fruity and refreshing, this is the best one. Tasty rose flavour cake with some lychee inside.
One of the popular spot for gathering or meetup, this place served extensively menu from breakfast to dinner at Suntec City.
Decent portion of baked salmon here with tartufata mashed potato, grilled asparagus, red amaranth and alfalfa sprouts.
The salmon baked not too oily, soft and nice texture.
@oliviaandcosg has customisable lunch sets where you can decide how big you want your meal to be and what would you like to include in your meal! I had the sambal grilled chicken thigh with aglio olio and parmesan cauliflower. The cauliflower was charred nicely and the parmesan made it very tasty too. The sambal grilled chicken thigh was crispy outside and tender inside with the sambal giving it a spicy kick! 😋
I was also pretty drawn to their IG-worthy specialty drinks! 🤩

Crab meat 🦀, scrambled eggs 🍳 in buttery croissant 🥐, you just can't go wrong with this! Eat it while it's hot for that nice flaky crunch!
A delicious Mediterranean dish of tomato sauce 🍅, eggs 🍳, chickpeas & a side of brioche toasts 🍞, this makes a hearty vegetarian meal!
Featuring fluffy pancakes 🥞 with crispy fried chicken 🍗 & eggs done your way 🍳, I loved it with a generous drizzle of their spiced maple syrup! 😋
My favourite! 💯 Loving this combination of Norwegian smoked salmon 🐟, poached eggs 🍳, buttered spinach & tomato on toasty rye 🍞, with a side of house salad 🥗!
It is earthy flavours overload with their vegetarian Truffle Mushroom Capellini ($14.80++)🍄, which uses cream of mushroom, tartufata, country egg yolk 🍳, parmigiana-reggiano, with a drizzle of truffle oil. Personally felt it was a little bland; can afford to be more flavourful!
My favourite pasta is their Soft-shell Crab Laksa ($19.80++) ❤, featuring a huge crispy soft-shell crab tempura 🦀 paired with homemade laksa paste tossed spaghetti, topped with Japanese cucumber 🥒, Spanish onions & red chilli 🌶 - so shiok! 😋
Seafood lovers can go for their Tiger Prawn Truffle ($19.80++) 🦐, featuring garlic tomato sauce tossed spaghetti 🍅, tiger prawns, chilli flakes & a drizzle of truffle oil.
Fans of cream-based pasta would be delighted with their Florentine Carbonara ($16.80++) 💕, which puts together back bacon 🥓, garlic, country egg yolk, parmigiana-reggiano & a drizzle of truffle oil. 🤤
Crab, onion jam, grilled tomato, roasted asparagus, poached eggs, smoked paprika hollandaise, brioche toast.
Wished that the crab meat was more substantial and that the egg was more runny!
The food is tasty and portion is moderate.
Table was not cleared when desert was served and no new clean cutlery too.
Was in at around 7.20pm, last order at 7.45pm , given the bill at 8.05 pm. That is FAST FOOD. Service was.....well, my fries was not dropped by myself. But food is ok, but still, EXPERIENCE is important.
