Brunched at Plentyfull recently and I had the Plentyfull Pancakes ($14) with chantilly cream and stewed and seasonal fruits topping ($8). The pancakes are incredibly soft and fluffy and not greasy at all. They go very well with the French butter, Canadian maple syrup, chantilly cream and fruits topping - love it! We also ordered the Carbonara ($22) to share, and it is very rich and creamy even though the pasta is tossed in egg yolk without cream. The house bacon is abit salty, but the creaminess helps to balance it out. Very pleased with brunch at Plentyfull:)!

I had some house made pumpkin dumplings with seasonal vegetables in a pecorino sauce & sage sauce... it had a herbal taste which could be because of the sage sauce and seasonal vegetables but I loved the texture of the gnocchi.

It was a delightful experience munching on the pumpkin pillows. The dumpling skin was silky and smooth and the nuts/seeds added a second dimension to the eating experience.

The vegetables were also fresh and crunchy, so that’s a plus point!

I do have an acquired taste for healthy things like this, but I think it may not appeal to people who like their food deep-fried and juicy.

I think this is one of the more expensive mains in the Plentyfull menu. It would be pricey at $27++ on its own, but with Entertainer’s 1 for 1 Main Dish offer, this was actually very affordable.

I’m always in awe of Beyond Meat patties, and Plentyfull managed to cook this to a lovely medium rare doneness with a lovely red center. The buns were great as well, and the combination of melted cheese with caramelised onions was perfect.

The fries at Plentyfull were also artfully done. They were crispy, yet not dripping in oil. A little on the pale yellow side, but don’t let their colour fool you. They’re seasoned with just enough salt. We actually polished off ALL the fries because they were so good. Definitely one of the mains I will be ordering time and again with Entertainer because it’s worth the money.

*Plentyfull is on Entertainer. The 1 for 1 Mains include the Brunch, Sandwiches and Mains sections!

*Try reserving a table in advance if you want a nicer seat! Plentyfull is on Chope!

Ordered the spicy pork sausage tagliatelle. Love the texture of the pasta!

This cheery omelette ($14) is made out of organic eggs and I added $9 for two huge fat sausages.

The omelette was super fluffy, seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The layers peeled open to reveal the just set egg in the center. The slight aftertaste of milk/cream enhanced the richness of the omelette. There was pecorino and romano cheeses in the center, providing a flavorful kick to the dish and waking up the palate. I do wish there was more cheese inside the omelette though, it was rather sparsely sprinkled in the center of the omelette. Perhaps a visible cheese pull would have been nice 😉

The sausages were thick, flavorful and crunchy. It had just the right amount of spice which complemented the omelette. I felt it was really worth it for the price.

One of Plentyfull's best selling points is definitely their atmosphere; the restaurant was tastefully decorated in a chic yet casual manner, with efficient staff filling our water glasses (yay to free water)!! Definitely a good place for a lunch date or even some alone time over good quality, honest, simple food. :)
