Came and visit ACM during CNY to witness and appreciate some of the artefacts exhibited here.

For every admission ticket you purchase here you actually get 10% discount for dining here in Privé.

Their big breakfast comes with 2 eggs that you can choose the cooking style, 6-inch pork Bratwurst (nitrite-free), maple-glazed housemade bacon, baked beans, roasted tomatoes, sautéed button mushrooms, hashbrown and housemade multigrain toast.

I actually like the toast because of the crunchy. The bacon was sadly prepared and I wasn’t like it much. $21++

These were winners of the night. Food at Privé were a disappointment but their desserts were absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to be back for drinks (their happy hour prices are super wallet friendly), cakes and a beautiful view.

The cheesecake was banana flavoured and tasted so gud. Loved the smooth creamy texture as well.

Hazelnut Praline was very sweet and extremely chocolatey. My partner didn’t like it very much bc he isn’t a chocolate person but I am! Loved this as well. Will be back!!!

For $26 this sure came with lots of chunky crab meat so that was nice! But!!! It was really quite disappointing especially after I read all the raving reviews on this Privé dish. It was wayyy too sweet it made me cringe with every mouth. I had to force myself to finish this. Would never recommend.

The pasta was quite nice, rich also, and because I do like it creamy, this pasta just satisfied my craving omg🥺

I tried the pulled pork burger, that one is also delicious! With quite a kick of spiciness.

Lovely retro charm ... but wish the pastries had tasted as good as they looked. The cinnamon bun was ordinary. The crust of the citrus meringue tart was too soft and the lemon curd was not tangy enough to balance off the sweetness of the meringue.

When I first tasted the sticky date pudding at Prive ACM, it became my favourite dessert in Singapore. The cake was not too sweet and nothing like I’ve ever tasted before. I’m not a huge fan of vanilla ice cream but this one did not taste artificial at all - it was pure, fresh but yet so creamy and rich.

When you take a bite of the cold ice cream paired with the warm and fudgey cake, you will understand what I mean.

Only issue I have is the consistency in the standard of this dish. There were 2 times I had in, once in the Chijmes outlet and another at ACM again, where the cake was too mushy :-(
