A huge slab of steak at 300g. (Which the bf helped with 1/3) The prime society has one of the best steaks in Singapore IMO. Rib eye is a fatty cut w tender and more flavourful meat. Their medium rare was almost perfect with it being almost all evenly cooked. We ordered a side of mushroom, peas and cured bacon. A little on the oily side but really good! The 1 for 1 on entertainer app made this even more worth it!
This appetizer is fit for two and is a nice start if you plan on ordering a steak as your main dish. However, we found it a tad too salty and pricey (compared to the side plates at $10, which were more worth the money for sure)
This incredibly flavourful and juicy (marble score of 9!!!) steak is served with confit shallot and truffle custard cream.
Mayura station full blood wagyu, sirloin cut. Review on prime society is up at sethlui.com
Baked lemon and honey cheese cake with burnt meringue and blackberries. Those are some huge mutant blackberries. Loved this cheese cake.
Mix of wagyu tri tip, angus ribeye and angus petite tender cut
Moment to remember: meeting Australian celebrity chef Matt Moran (and tasting his food), best known for his mentorship on Masterchef Australia and Junior Masterchef. He's amazingly warm, friendly and....cheeky, haha! Definitely planning to visit his restaurant, Aria, in Sydney some day!!
We have here a Robbins island ribeye. Though a tad over cooked for medium rare, you can't deny it's juiciness. #wueat #sgfood #sgeat #foodie #8dayseat #dempsey #steak #sgeat #burpple
