All steampots are cooked with high temperature steam, diners will enjoy US oysters, fresh prawns, clams, fan scallops, handmade prawn balls, HK fish balls and more.
End up the meal with the Lobster Poached Rice, a combination of lobster, cooked rice, crispy rice and flavourful juices from the seafood steampot by top up $10 per person.
The Lobster Poached Rice is good, the broth flavourful and sweet 😋.

💰$29.9++/pax (UP. $59.6++/pax).

With seafood this fresh, I find that it's best to steam them and enjoy the sweetness of the juices.
🔸
Choose from their menu of seafood, and watch as this steamer steams these prawns in just one minute! At the end of the meal, enjoy the porridge at the bottom that's thick deeply flavoured by both chicken and whichever seafood you chose for the steamer.

The chef's skills is evident here, as the beef cubes were well fried outside while being very tender inside without being too bloody. I also like the fragrance of the garlic, and was surprised that a seafood restaurant could do a beef dish this well.

I thought this would just be another plate of 冷盘, but I was wrong! Some of dishes here are served warm, and they're really yummy.
🔸
Among these, I like the golden brown fried croquette which was smooth and creamy, but my favorite has to be the baby octopus which was really fresh even though it's fried. Some tenderness and sweetness is still evident in it.

Located at Boat Quay along the Singapore River, price may be slightly on the pricey side, but I was really impressed with the food and seafood quality served.

Seafood's really fresh here, such as the prawns (swipe left for more photos). For people who may not prefer seafood, there are many options for cooked food such as the roasted chicken (pictured). Tender with a crispy skin, this makes an excellent choice for sharing.

Two favourites here:
Mango croquettes which is both fruity and savoury, really appetizing. Dip these batter-fried goodness with the mayo sauce for more kick.
Fried baby squid which stays crispy throughout our meal. Highly addictive and good as a dish on its own!
The other two appetizers (smoked duck and papaya salad) may be a tad too heavy for people who have a light palate.
