True to the presentation, the taste is extremely unique. I guess the closest description is a vitamin drink, nothing like a fruit juice for example. But that doesn't do it any justice

It's a very restaurant style dish, meaning it's just ingredients with sauce ladled over and the flavours of the sauce don't infused into the beancurd and wtv at all
Very few rice grains in the soup, it's really more a soup than anything. Superior broth is good but there isn't really crab flavour
I was expecting something like a crab porridge so I was disappointed but that's on me, because they did serve exactly what the name suggests
This was delicious. Super tender, perfect medium rare texture. The inherent flavour was strong too, there's this fragrance from marination which doesn't detract from the natural flavours of the lamb

very unique dish, nothing quite like anything i’ve seen before! taste-wise, it was slightly underwhelming; charcoal flavour was barely discernible.
overall a pretty decent meal, peking duck was crispy and really succulent — the hallmark of a good chinese restaurant.

A picturesque seafood dish that features Australian lobster meat prepared two ways – cooked in cheese, or served in little bowls made of fruit.
Also loved the Roast Suckling Pig stuffed with Glutinous Rice.
When you listen to the sound when the chef cuts through the crackling, you can already imagine how crunchy the skin would be. And it was surprisingly not too fatty.
The surprised is within, with packed densely with moist glutinous rice, sumptuous along with a slightly sweet taste.

Slightly pink in the centre, the lamb chop was tender, juicy & not gamey at all. That coat of black pepper sauce enveloping the lamb chop was just perfect. A perfect balance between piquant yet not overpowering.

PS: Whenever I see lamb chop on the menu, I get reminded of the preschool TV series, Lamb Chop's Play Along. 🐑🐑🐑 Who remembers that show? 🙋

Recently Tunglok revamped their menu and this was the new dessert on it!!! SO PRETTY!🌷🌸🌹🌺🌼 Can't really remember the title but it was with walnut ice cream. 😱😱😱 THE WALNUT ICE CREAM WAS SO YUMMY. The pink sobet in an ice cup (I think it's lychee) was so amazing tooooo😋 much creativity and simplicity on a plate for $12. WORTH👍🏻
Boy, I'm so wrong. The largest "mushroom" is actually a bun filled with bits of wild mushroom and truffle abalone sauce. Served together with two other versions (fried and steamed), you get to taste the different texture and flavour of mushroom in one go!
You will first dig in the chilled lobster that is refreshing as it is served with fresh fruits. Thereafter, enjoy the baked cheesy fillet served on baked pumpkin. I personally prefer the former more which is a great starter!
What makes Tung Lok Signatures special is that they write rhymes, rap it out and sing them as part of your dessert! Good entertainment
The highlight of this dish is the crunchy deep fried rice that they drizzle on the porridge, it gives the dish more texture....and the unforgettable broth...awesomeness!!!!
Drenched in superior sauce what more can I ask for?? Delish!!
So the outcome of the rolled pillow...foie gras burger...amazing juices spill as you bite into the fatness....Yums.....
