Uncle Penyet (Ang Mo Kio)

Haven’t had ayam penyet in a while and finally had one recently from Uncle Penyet! If you’re getting it to-go, they thoughtfully pack the chilli, curry and crunchy fried crumbs separately - I didn’t get to dig in immediately, but must say that it travelled pretty well. The fried chicken meat was a tiny dry, but it was fried to a great crunch and everything else was very satisfying. Remember to ask for more of that curry and fiery chilli!
