☺️ Over here there NO MENU at all! Hence, food served is never the same each day! .
Basically, chef will ask you for your food preferences/ anything that you dislike, after which you just have to trust the chef to deliver. πŸ˜‹πŸ‘ŒπŸ» .
We had a 9-course meal ($68++) that evening (choice of 3/5/9/13 courses) and these were our appetizers together with award wining, Italian artisanal wine beer, which is only at @vita_italiana_restaurant!

May not be the most beautiful food to photograph, but the taste won me over. πŸ˜‹ Love the food, people and the ambience here. ☺️ A good place to bring your date over for some hearty Italian food!πŸ‘ŒπŸ»

Board of Salumi with San Daniele Ham, Taleggio Cheese, Tuscany Pecorino, fresh Anchovies; fresh bread, and mixed salad of greens, black olives and tomatoes. Everything was fresh and palatable.

Pop by for excellent right-at-home service on a beautiful Friday as such.

Second course was Deep Fried Zucchini Flower and Rice Croquette on a bed of baby spinach. Simply crumbly and saccharine.

Third course we had was Black Pepper Chicken (spicy, juicy and succulent), served with Portobello Mushrooms stuffed with garlic and chopped tomatoes, served on a soft bed of broccoli. The stuffed mushrooms were moistened and piquant, tangy, utterly tasty

Have a beautiful weekend my loves πŸ’‹

Pasta in a pan! Springy Home-made Tagliolini Pasta in Spinach and Pork Sauce, served with generous servings of Chickpea. The gravy was delectable despite its deceptively simple appearance.

Handmade fresh by Chef Carmine and his cousin, daily. A traditional recipe passed down through his family from Abruzzo, Italy.

Easily among the best panna cotta desserts I've had, this was smooth, wobbly, milky. Love the simple finish of brown sugar syrup.
