beef was really tender

sauce was abit too salty for me but the fish was fresh and substantial. also came with a crispy fish skin

also a $15 top up for this dish but i’ll say go ahead! the scallop was done perfectly together with the caviar and cauliflower purée

this was a $10 top up from their set dinner menu. i enjoyed the combination of the crispy toast with the cold crab bisque which was super savoury and the shredded crab piled on top the toast

this one of the choices from the cold appetizer. ham was pretty salty
