Asian food will always be my comfort food, and this homely place serves up really generous portions of basic Taiwanese fare. Fried chicken n pork cutlet were very oily, but noodles n 卤蛋 on point. Value for money even without BB

Ordered the huadiao chicken set n fried chicken set. Huadiao chicken can get gelat after a while as the overall taste is quite flat.
Serving wise is quite generous. With 1for1 It's Damn Worth It! But personally, the highlight of the show is the dessert! Hubby ordered almond pulut hitam.
taste is decent with strong almond taste, not for those who hate almonds😂
I got the aiyu jelly with taro balls, sticky cake n plum juice combi. If u're like me who loves chewy stuffs n mochi, this dessert (especially the sticky cake) will not disappoint 😍
Will be back for the desserts! 😗😗

v worth it with burpple one for one because the portions are big and it’s very yummy and filling! they also have plain water provided which is boiled!! and not tap water!! which is pretty rare for a restaurant?

simple yet fulfilling lu rou fan! ordered the meesua which is pretty good as well! i used the beyond 1-1 which it’s pretty affordable!

We had braised pork rice and teriyaki chicken rice, $6.80 each. ($3.40 per pax with burpple 1-1!) the egg was really nice and gooey on the inside, the chicken crispy and the braised pork tender. Would come back!

Ordered 红油抄手, pork rib braised rice and intestine mee sua. Redeemed via burpple and added another ala carte main. The wanton skin abit too thick for my liking, not enough braised meat/ rice abit dry. I like the Intestine mee sua the most, the intestines is braised and well flavoured.
