$5 for a Thailand Kway Chap?? Yes please!!
Signature Thai Kway Chap ($5) - It tastes really like Peppery Bak Kut Teh, but the ingredients and the silky smooth curled up kway makes it very different from anything available in Singapore. While there are thai fish sasuages, roasted pork and pig offal with no gamey taste! I love eating the pig offal with their thai chili which isnโt way too spicy yet cover up any gamey taste.
While the Fried Large Intestines (small - $8), used to be so madly delicious, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. A plate of Thai delicacies, but it is saltier now โน So order at your own risk!

๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ Strong peppery flavorful soup! Roast pork has the right cracking and must order the fish sausage as additional side!
Peppery soup and a variety of ingredients in your bowl. A bit too peppery for my liking, but it is something nice to have on a cold day.
Was in the vicinity and popped by to try the Chicken Cutlet Ban Mee. Chicken cutlet was flavourful and still remained crispy despite turning cold but it gets a bit jelak when eaten on its own; better to eat while itโs hot. Texture of Ban Mian is brilliant but if you canโt take spicy (like me), I suggest not to mix the whole serving of chilli in ๐ Also to note, only the signature dry Ban Mian ($4.50) comes with minced pork, the others do not. Price is exclusive of service charge as well. Would come back to try the signature dry Ban Mian.
Love the peppery soup in the Kway Chap, fragrant and not too overpowering. Fried pork belly is definitely a must to order, good balance of fat and lean meat! Value for money too, adds up to probably about $12/pax with mains, drinks and a side dish for sharing. Definitely recommended.
A bowl of goodness!! Really affordable and well cooked broth. The kway chap noodles is smooth and soup is not too spicy or peppery. The accompaniments are generous for the noodles. And definitely a comfort food on rainy day!!!
Would return definitely when I crave for Thai kway chap :))))
Other must orders- fish sausage, stir fry cabbage (string wokhei taste)
